So I usually get my 6 year old a meal at another fast food restaurant (golden arches) for about $8. Includes large fries, 6 chicken nuggets, and a small drink. He wants to try Chic-fil-a, so I order him the closest equivalent. The food is probably better but I was sort of "price shocked" when the equivalent meal came to $18. Sorry Chic-fil-a, I'm on a budget.

I can’t express how amazing the team here is. I put in my pickup order, and by the time I walked in to get my order, it was ready, and I placed it while in my car. The manager—I did not get his name—let me know an item was missing. I didn’t mind because the order was ready so quickly, and of course they’re always so friendly and have the best customer service, but I just wanted to express how amazing of an experience I just had.

Ordered a salad through the drive thru, had already driven home as normal. Upon opening the box there was plastic wrap in my meal. This place won't even comp me another meal. What if I was on a road trip?! Smh, worst customer service ever, after complaining they wouldn't comp me another meal experience. This place has gone downhill. Also the manager i called to complain wouldn't even comp me. any other restaurant would let you keep the meal, and make another dish, he expects it all back with a bow an everything. Greedy manager

I don’t usually write reviews but I have experienced the worst customer service at this Chick fila which is very surprising. from the Drive thru to the window. Very surprised but it was not a good experience at all. The gentleman in the drive thru never looked at us for his hair covered his whole face and he was sick Ughhh them they put 3 dressings on the ticket and stated we didn’t pay for it. It’s surprising I’ve never had bad customer service as this Chick Fila until I went to this store for the first time. They are Truly not promoting the Chick-fil-A Brand

I would expect this from mcdonalds But not chick filet. Very Disappointing.

Ok so...this was my first time going to this establishment. I ordered grilled chicken meal with extra pickles and a side of pickles. The employee told me the grilled chicken does NOT come with pickles. I couldn't believe it! I've been ordering this sandwich for years and this is the first I've heard of that. I told her I will need pickles with mine. She told me to ask the manager when I got to the window. I did as for the manager; however, no one came to the window. They didn't put pickles on my sandwich... they put them in small containers. The fries were hot... luv that! I just thought u could order what u want and that was it. I wasn't expecting push back about it. I will not go back to this chick fila.
