Incredibly bad experience with this place. Team Member Jacky not only holds up the line because she can't stop laughing and chatting with a customer but then she has a rude attitude to us and for what reason? Jacky was completely unprofessional and unpleasant. Then we get to the window and the woman there has an attitude for whatever reason.

We got sick. I got my food and seen it didn’t look right. I went and showed them and they immediately got me new food however we got sick. I called and let them know so hopefully they figure out.

When I came in they agreed me. The waffle fry was too dry. Is Chick-fil-A by Mansfield they didn't come to my table and asked me for a refill and how was the food. I know the one by LifeTime gym they do. Well I guess I lost $12 the food was not good. Well I would go to Chick-fil-A by LifeTime gym
So I usually get my 6 year old a meal at another fast food restaurant (golden arches) for about $8. Includes large fries, 6 chicken nuggets, and a small drink. He wants to try Chic-fil-a, so I order him the closest equivalent. The food is probably better but I was sort of "price shocked" when the equivalent meal came to $18. Sorry Chic-fil-a, I'm on a budget.

I can’t express how amazing the team here is. I put in my pickup order, and by the time I walked in to get my order, it was ready, and I placed it while in my car. The manager—I did not get his name—let me know an item was missing. I didn’t mind because the order was ready so quickly, and of course they’re always so friendly and have the best customer service, but I just wanted to express how amazing of an experience I just had.
