I've given this location SO many chances to do me right, and they keep failing in new ways every time.We've had issues on each front, whether it be order takers, drive thru window being rude, etc. We've only had one order that was actually correct, and it was 2 shakes. Which they messed up the time before.We just got home, and now neither of us are happy with this location because my #1 deluxe with colby jack somehow turned into a spicy deluxe with colby jack from the order taker, and the kitchen turned it into a spicy deluxe with pepper jack. There's just a complete lack of care all around. The ONLY person who's been nice the multiple times we've come here is the hispanic young man who was outside handing orders to the cars in the drive thru. Otherwise this entire location from the top to the bottom needs an entire rethink, retraining, and realignment to what people expect from their CFA locations.Side note, this location never says my pleasure, never reads your order back, and is too busy interrupting you saying "anything else?" before you're even done with your sentence or word.**IF** we come back, we'll have to quadruple check our order after ordering and after receiving because clearly it can't be handled with the workers themselves. This review comes from 2 previous fast food workers. The job can be done right.

Diarrhea and vomiting at 4AM, about 9 hours after eating there, was the only thing I ate yesterday evening.Over half the lights in the children's play area are burnt out. When I asked the staff about this, they had no idea. My kid didn't want to go in, it was very dark.Took my kid to the bathroom, there was an employee in the only stall tapping on his phone, waited about 5 minutes, left and went to a place across the parking lot.

Food was a little off, but everybody working looked tired and burnt out. They were friendly, but got the order wrong, but it was nothing to get mad about. A .50 mistake is nothing to be mad about, plus it happens from time to time. It's still better than most restaurants out here today!!

We ordered two of their grilled chicken club sandwiches and they got the order wrong. We had one regular Colby Jack cheese, and the other Pepper Jack cheese. They both had Colby Jack cheese. We had to go back and pay for another one with Pepper Jack. Other than that their food is actually really good.

While this Chic Fil A is closest to my home, the quality of food is going down and BAD. Today I pick my son up from school and we go here, we get a 12 piece nugget combo with a large drink $ 13.00. We get home and i grab one of his nuggets. Literally not crispy at all, very soft, and when I ate it, it put a horrible taste in my mouth. I hope this makes sense but it tasted fleshy, like it wasn't all the way done. I asked my son if he wanted to me to take it back but he was hungry and didnt want to bother with returning it. But im going to take the time to go to Walnut Creek or Debbie Lane where the food is better quality. Here they constantly undercook your food, im surprised I havent gotten food poisoning.
Ordered 3 combo's. Only received 2 sandwiches. But we had 3 drinks, 3 fries, and 3 sauces. Workers.... Pay attention to detail. Sadly didn't notice the missing sandwich until we arrived home.
