Ordered here; the fountain drinks are out of syrup all of them. No refunds on online orders. Ridiculous! I have 2 fountain drinks that are non refundable in store. Have to call an 800 number. Do better.

I never write reviews for chains because it’s a chain and it’s always hit or miss for me, especially for Chipotle. But this time was a truly terrible, the rice was full of salt, it was inedible. I had to throw away the whole bowl after a couple of bites, it tasted like they dropped two cups of salt into the rice. I assume they don’t quality check/taste the food before putting it out. Really disappointed, I even paid for double chicken and the portion was definitely just a regular portion. Maybe this location is just bad about portions.
Chipotle has really gone down the drain, with the price increase you would assume the quality of the food and portions would at least be the same not worse and smaller. Go to CAVA instead!!!

LOVE CHIPOTLE BUT NIGHTMARE LOCATON, I can’t even describe how sorry this bowl looks. I even paid for double protein because I know how this location skimps on portions,but to still receive a half empty bowl and I’m scavenging for chicken the size of legos. (Also ordered online about 2 months ago and received no chicken for my bowl and was subsequently refunded $3.60 for the “slight inconvenience”)

UPDATE : Yea give em a call and they’ll hang up on ya. This location doesn’t need my business! Off to another Chipotle from now on.

It's okay overall.
Strange that every time I come here there's a solicitor set up at the front door trying to get donations, money, sell something. Fourth time. I'm just trying to get lunch, not have to talk to a salesperson every time.

The short, thick, hispanic girl serving tonight needs to get retrained. The amount of protein she is putting is unacceptable. I come here all the time and this is never an issue. She is putting half of the usual amount every other server put. Please fix this.

Although it tasted good, the portions were small. I got a bowl with chicken, brown rice, grilled veggies, cheese, guacamole, and sour cream. Other Chipotle's I have been to I can barely finish the entire bowl, but here I ate the whole thing and still feel hungry. When the girl put the chicken in I said I usually get more than that at other locations as they will give a spoon full or even add a little more to it. She said well they are giving too much and if you want more we will have to double charge you for the chicken. What kind of response is that? As another review stated about the drink station, I could not agree more. It was a mess! Forks all over the countertop, napkins all over the place, the drink station itself was dirty like it hadn't been wiped down in a day. Just not a good look for this location.

Next time I will go to the Burleson location even though it's out of my way, but at least there they give enough portions and is always clean.

I don’t often post reviews but this place is on my last nerve. This has to be the worst run Chipotle around. Every time I come here for lunch half of the items are low or out and I have to wait in a long line bc everyone is waiting for veggies or protein or some other missing menu item as they can’t meet demand. Lunch rushes aren’t unusual except here they’re caught off guard every time. New management is needed.

Possible new girl at the front wasn't even putting a spoonful of rice or beans inside of the bowl the guy next to her had to tell her to put more she would barely put anything on the spoon shake around the bowl to spread out the food and make it look like it was enough. I had a pinch of vegetables and had to ask for more 😒 I wish I would have taken a picture however i didn't and I definitely got jipped. I've been to this location before and it's never been like this.

These young people welcomed us when they were ready to close. Gave us our food and gave us a place to sit and there was no rush. Very well trained. Happy New

There is no chipotle at this location, it is the middle of an intersection. The address appears to be a typo of another chipotle nearby.

Always good eating just cheap with the toppings
