Chipotle Mexican Grill

One beleaguered looking employee, chicken burning unattended on the grill and no rice or fajita veggies on the bins. I walked out without ordering.

Good food and consistent quality. I've been to a lot of Chipotle locations, and they are not always consistent in their food quality or portions, but this one gets it right.

Extremely salty food at this Chipotle. None of us could finish our food.

There’s an associate there named Tamy (pronounced Tay-mee) Nothing against the other staff but I’ve never been greeted with so much joy from a chipotle associate and the fact that it was SO SINCERE made it so sweet! This young man had no idea what type of day I was having and the 1-2 minute interaction I had with him made my day! Don’t count out the youth of this generation, some of them have their heads on straight!

SALTY. Holy moly. The corn is usually my favorite part of chipotle but they were like little salt nuggets that made me feel like I was eating a huge bowl of takis. It soaked into everything else. Tried taking the corn out but this is probably the first time in my life I haven’t finished my chipotle. They need to lay off on that salt brine for their corn or whatever they do. If you have high blood pressure issues then stay away from this location.

Went today there was no chicken. It was on the grill still raw. Asked for guacamole and got corn instead. Never got the guac. I was so done by this time. Got home and rice is under cooked and still hard.

Line was super long when I went in but baby the workers was moving it along the guy fixing the orders was asking for everything you wanted while he was still fixing the last order and I found that to be quite impressive!

This location definitely needs more hands on deck, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Every time I’ve come into the location the trash is overfilled trash all over by utensils, etc..

I’ve been to several Chipotle’s and this one by far is the worst! They are always such a disaster, their counters are full of food, they have long lines and this time the rice was undercooked. The employees themselves are friendly but the environment is dirty.

The portion sizes were ok, but the chicken felt raw ,it was hard to eat. The chips were stale and almost burned with a mix of new and old chips. The special drinks they offer were empty, which I was looking forward to. The soda machine options were not good either. It seemed like there was no drink syrup in them. It was more like lightly flavored carbonation than soda. I've been on a Chipotle honey chicken kick lately, and that experience was disappointing.

Chipotle as a whole does great and would get a 5 star all around. They could use a little more training on cleaning off the shelves when serving others. Ive seen food that they are cleaning off the servicing table fall in other foods. Its not a big deal til its a big deal.
