One of the worst-ran Chipotle locations I've ever been to. Staff have absolutely no idea what they're doing and they won't listen to what you said you actually want on your plate/bowl. Then the cashier tried to double charge me for extra meat that wasn't even on my food to begin with. Won't ever go back and recommend the same to anyone else unless you want to waste your time and money.

The restaurant floors was dirty with food. One table had a large soda ring on it. The two females who was serving food wasn't happy. Also the counter top where they fix the food was a mess. Poorly run. They could easily be serving so many more customers. They’re were multiple employees wandering around not helping customers. One young man was working the line while others employees didn’t help and just watched as the line started growing. He was trying his best to keep up.Multiple people left without ordering due to the poorly run service.

The store was dirty. They brought the metal containers from the kitchen and placed them on the front counter next to the register, having unsightly spillage on the front counters. The overwhelming complaint is that the burrito machine wasn’t working. They ran out of steak, brown and white rice so began filling orders from the back of the line and moving customers in front of waiting customers. After 20 minutes and several other customers requesting the chicken instead of steak. I was up-charged for chicken when steak had still not been cut. Just a huge amount of inefficiency and the restaurant was dirty.

Very poor service today. Went in at 9:30p and there were 15 people ahead of me. Took 40mins to move up to the front of the line as there was only one person taking orders from those in person and online, although there were several other staff members present including the cashier who did absolutely nothing to help the flow of the line. Asked for corn to be added to my burrito bowl, but was told I couldn’t have any because what was left was reserved for online orders. Am I not valued equally as a paying customer presenting to Chipotle in person versus ordering online? Are we not using the same green money to pay to this company for food? Makes absolutely no sense. 0/5!

Normally this store is okay but today they were extremely rude and blatantly lied about a product not being available that was clearly available. I firmly believe this store has a management issue judging by the fact all the employees were discussing how much they all hated their job while barely even acknowledging customers. How can you be upset about people wanting certain things at a build your own meal type establishment. Unfortunately I will be back because the food is amazing but the line staff is horrible.
