Pretty bummed about my food tonight, it was all pretty cold and the chips are definitely stale. I came through pick up window at 8:40. The young lady at the window was great, could see her working hard, but the food isn’t hitting it tonight. Maybe they had already turned their hot well off? The queso was thick and straight up cold, the tacos were warm-ish so not terrible, but the chips are stale and chewy. Not sure if I’ll try it again.

The Mansfield store is so much better and professional than the Cedar Hill store. I drive a little further to go to Mansfield. It’s great.

This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been too ! The last 4 times have been horrible! Today the veggies were soooo salty they were unbearable to eat , it taste like someone spilled the whole bottle if salt on them. The brisket was super saucy and they gave us soooo little. I bought 3 brisket bowls for me and my kids , my kids did not even like it , it was not good. The meat was cold and not as good as the other chipotle’s . I keep going to this one bc it’s close but I will not go anytime soon !

This is the slowest Chipotle drive through I’ve ever been in. My order was ready at 1:20pm, I didn’t get to the window until 1:55pm. It’s absolutely ridiculous, they have no sense of urgency

I’ve been a regular at Chipotle and usually enjoy my visits, but today was by far the worst experience I’ve had at this location. While I’ve encountered some issues here before, this time it felt especially chaotic.

I placed my order online and arrived at the drive-thru to pick it up, only to wait at the window for 5-10 minutes. My order had been ready for at least 10 minutes, but despite that, it took way too long for anyone to hand it to me. The line was packed, and the whole process seemed poorly managed.

As for the food, it was just okay, but overall, this location needs better management. The service and efficiency could definitely improve. I hope these issues get addressed because it’s really disappointing for loyal customers like me.!

This place is the suck.

They run out of everything early. It's not clean. It's slow. The employees are not very friendly. They're skimpy with servings.

They have no forks. How does that happen? Bad management is how.

I don't know how corporate hasn't either fixed this place or shut it down.

Chipotle do better.

People, go elsewhere.

They tried, but sadly this is consistently the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Messy dining room. No chips. Scraped the bottom of the guac. Trash overflowing. The employees were kind at least and it smells good in here.

P.S. No utensils. Sweet. Not sure how my hungry athlete is supposed to eat her bowl. No chips or forks!
