This location is terrible customer service in the drivr thru pickup line, Plan to wait at the window staring at them to acknowledge your existence, just in there laughing and preparing orders. Parked in front of window for 9 min waiting waiting. Last time was in pickup line for 25 min. So best beat go instead on pickup order, they used to be great but no longer.

Today was BOGO day, super exciting and busy. I waited 25+ minutes to get my order. When I finally reached the order station, I was met with a young light-skinned female with light short curly hair. I ordered one burrito and one bowl for a friend. Most Chipotle workers assemble these one by one to reduce errors. However, my server was completely disorganized and not trained for this job. She put ingredients into the wrong entrees many times. Not only this, but when I asked to add on a certain ingredient like queso, she would slam the spoon into the tub and get the ingredient for me while making a face and groaning. She did this not once but TWICE. She didn't even ask me if I was done ordering, and she started to close the bowl halfway. I still needed lettuce, and I told her that, so she got angry about it and asked another lady to cover for her. This is insanely disrespectful and uncalled for. Overall, this worker works POORLY under pressure and is highly disrespectful to customers. No matter what, no customer deserves a bad attitude for trying to order their food. Cherry on top, when I got back home, the burrito immediately fell apart. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. By far one of the worst Chipotles I have visited.

When I showed up it was super busy. I had an online order. There was a 2 online orders ahead of us. I checked in and they said they were working on it. The two ahead of us waited about 20 minutes after the app said their order was complete. Found out they were doing a promotion for buy one get one free. They were not staffed well for this. Extremely busy. I checked with the other online orders they said their orders were ready for pick up, and they were not. On top of that there was 3 people who had ordered after me that got their food before me. The employees were working hard, I’ll say that.

I ordered a salad and a burrito for myself, my wife, and granddaughter. We began to eat as soon as I got home and half way through my salad I notice a small bettle in my food. I went back to the store and they did give me a refund, but did not pull the food from the counter that they served me from. I spoke to the district manager and all anyone said was they would refund me and they were sorry. No action to immediately address the issue. Be aware!!

First time there, and unfortunately the rumors are true, that they pack their portions and they are expensive!!! Go to a real Mexican restaurant instead of this

This is the absolute worst Chipotle. I placed my order at 3:00 for pickup up at 3:30. When I arrived it wasn’t ready. I asked why and was told the system went down and proceeded to try to get someone from the back to make my order. It took him a while to come out. I ordered the Carne Asada bowl with double protein which was tough and no more meat than what I would normally get. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. The Carne Asada was tough and hard to eat.

Great spot for a quick, flavorful bite in Mansfield. The build-your-own bowls and burritos are full of fresh ingredients and the service is friendly and efficient. The seating area is clean and the location is convenient—perfect for lunch or a casual dinner stop.
Would definitely recommend! 🍽️

Every time I pickup my mobile order it is never correct nor has all the items. I always have to review it all before leaving the lot and go inside for corrections of missing items. Hard tortillas, stale chips are also a regular item received.

How hard is it to follow directions, read, and QC the products freshness?

They’re always out of stuff and staff is rude manager doesn’t even seem to care everything is dirty and empty when i try to come it’s happen so many times i feel like it warrants a review at this point. Need to restart the entire place and get new management

The reviews are true, this location’s service is extremely slow and the quality doesn’t make up for it. Even placing an order 20 minutes ahead still means waiting another 20 minutes inside, even though the app says it’s ready. That’s ridiculous. Please fix how this location operates, because at this point the negative reviews should be enough to push for change.
