I recently went here for my daughter who wanted to try these cinnamon rolls. We ended up getting the stocking stuffer roll and a plain roll. They are delicious! There is plenty of frosting and toppings, and they are nice and flavorful. They are pretty sugary, so if you don’t like super sweet things this isn’t for you.

Cinnamon rolls are not great. I took 1 bite of the stocking stuffer roll and was really disappointed. I took a bite of the old skool roll and was really disappointed. There really is no flavor in these rolls. It’s more like bread with a thick sugar frosting. No real vanilla flavoring. The cookies were super amazing, so that’s why I’m rating the food at 2 stars instead of 1. For real cinnamon rolls with real flavor, go to paradise bakery or get you one from schlotzsky’s. I’m sorry to down their rolls here, but honestly wee a huge disappointment for all 4 of us who ordered. We ordered the banana pudding roll which did hsve bananas but was more sugar than flavor, the old skool roll, and the stocking stuffer roll, snd we got several cookies.

I placed a Door Dash order and never before had a food quality issue until 10/04/25 when we received the absolute WORST cinnamon rolls I've ever had! The frosting tasted and smelled like rotting food! Cinnaholic sent us three utterly inedible specialty cinnamon rolls and a frosted cookie. Regardless of the type, all the frosting had a spoiled, fermented, and chemical flavor that left a bitter, slimy aftertaste in the mouth. If Cinnaholic uses shortening in their frosting, they need to throw it out, as well as, check the syrups. It was too late to contact the store Saturday night, so I planned to return everything Sunday afternoon. I resealed every container and placed the order back in the delivery bag, but when we woke this morning, the smell of spoiled food permeated the kitchen. I placed the health hazards inside two tightly tied trash bags and tossed everything into the outside trash bin. Today, I attempted to dispute the quality with Door Dash, but they require photos of the food. I refuse to dig through the trash and suffer that awful smell for $32.82. Unfortunately, this experience ruined Cinnaholic for our family.
I am a straightforward reviewer. No fluff. No lies. The cinnamon rolls we got today were DELICIOUS! Warm and just the right size. It was our first time trying the Mansfield, Tx establishment, and we will most definitely be back for more sweet goodness. Job well done. Please keep up the excellent work.

Came here about 30 minutes before they closed and the owner was kind and friendly. She gave us a fresh cinnamon roll and was kind enough to bring us water without asking. We ordered an Old Skool cinnamon roll which was so delicious! Highly recommend ordering it, the frosting is so unique; sweet, but not too sweet. We definitely be back the next time we are in Mansfield.
