All of the girls working this evening have been so bubbly when we walked in and super helpful. We walked into cold stone first and stood in line for 15 minutes and then someone walked in to get service before we did. We are grateful we chose to go to cinnaholic. The cinnamon roll was delicious and we had a wonderful experience with service.

Cinnamon rolls were pretty good—fresh and warm! Only had to wait 8 minutes while the kids behind the counter debated who should mop and who should sweep 😂 Worth the wait though!

I had such a great experience thank you! The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly right from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me choose the perfect roll (which was absolutely delicious, by the way). Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. You can tell the people here love what they do, and it makes such a difference. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll be telling all my friends and family to stop by too. Highly recommend!

We have loved this place in the past, but were disappointed slightly this time. The staff were closing up and mostly talking about who should do what things. The rolls were not as goods as I remember them being. I only ordered the plain one but the rest ordered more involved creations. The cookie dough was very salty. I think they are just too much stuff piled together. A bit over indulgent. The cleanliness was not ideal and the coffee was good but barely warm and seemed like it might have been sitting for a while.

This is my new favorite obsession. I just found this location and its nice, quiet, and clean. The employees are nice and work quickly. I tried the regular cinnamon bun with cream cheese icing and oreos. 😋 Its hot, gooey, and buttery. The portions are great for the price and its a nice treat. Will definitely be coming back.

We were in the area for a game and decided to go here since they closed the one near us. Sadly I was disappointed with the quality of the cinnamon roll also the order was incorrect after they read back to me the order. I asked for a custom roll with cream cheese frosting and strawberries only. She asked if I wanted walnuts since they have a roll with walnuts. I said no thank. Of course it had walnuts all over it. Thankfully I don’t have a nut allergy but to think if I did. We also ordered a limited flavor and it didn’t come with everything they displayed. On top of that the roll was over baked and not warm it was just a mess. The young girl working the register was friendly but it’s still sad that I wasted $20 on mediocre bread.

I would say it was ok before, but since the new ownership and management WOW! The quality has went up but the real star is customer service. It has went from ok to absolutely amazing! It's funny to say this but I felt like they really wanted to make my cinnamon roll perfect for me. Tristan helped me, he made true topping and pairing suggestions based on feedback from asking me questions. It was awesome and a truly custom experience. This place will definitely be at the top of our sweet treats list!
