Cake was ready as stated! They did a great job. It’s beautiful and super chocolatey, perfect for the child’s birthday. It’s heavy so order in advance and don’t do arms at the gym!
terrible customer service. came here with my family and the kid who made my niece’s cup of ice cream dropped it in my hand. do better on who you hire. not my first bad experience either. what was supposed to be a family snack ended up being filled with negativity due to a teenage boy with dreads. do better. will not be coming back. tables are not wiped down either. bathrooms did not work. and skipped over two of my other family members in line to the people behind us. terrible terrible terrible!!!!!
Forgot to mention in the name of the store that I needed to post that I was having problems with the walnut apple. It is the Mansfield store the manager which she says he’s he owns it. He acted real prejudice. Need to get someone else to run that store never had any problems there, but I could not believe he as a manager stated that no one liked me at the store that I complain too much. No one never said nothing. I made my orders pay for them over the phone we needed to again like I said I wish they would’ve told me. It was a problem for me buying apples there I would’ve stopped months ago. It was not the Rockwall store. It is the Mansfield store if I could not give it a star I would in order for me to post. I have to place a store. Awful experience never had this ever in my life.
Then why was the manager going to the back, of the store throwing the apples in the trash, knowing that he gave me some bad apples that were messed up with the caramel falling off why were people leaving the store? That is not good customer service for anyone to be in a place of business, knowing that I come there every week with no problem and there is a Miss Sarah that worked there that’s always polite to me and he stated that she did not like me at all, but still don’t worry I will never come to the store again had no one never to treat me that way hate I didn’t have a picture of the apples so everyone can see them. I drove from way downtown Dallas just to come over there to get apples from you guys practically every week. But it’s OK. God has his hands on this. I will never return to the store ever like he stated. And I do not have to lie if he was not prejudiced and why did he treat me that way why was he talking to me like that? Why was he yelling at me in front of the customer who does that? There’s no such thing a false accused when you see this happening and you seeing customers leaving the store because the manager was acting unprofessional. There’s no need to lie, but I have prayed to God for him As a manager to have better spirits to come upon him good luck with that and again I promise you I’ll never be back since he says no one in the store likes me and I’m spending a lot of money every week grown people and professional people do not do this with other people in the store and they leaving because of the way he was acting and This is not outrageous. This is the truth. That’s the only reason why I’m posting eveyone else has never treated me like that in a store only him complaining that no one likes me when I come to the store and I asked him if he felt that way why didn’t nobody never say that when I come and make orders but again this is my last post. I don’t care what you say there was customers In the store that saw all this happen standing outside, looking very unprofessional again, like I said there’s no need to lie. We are all grown here, so don’t make it look like I come into your store and cause a problem which I never have but when a manager does that go to the back walking and throw your apples in the trash because they messed them up and the caramel fallen all off of it and the nuts falling off of it that’s not my fault and I sit there an hour and they should’ve been made before that time. I said that I was gonna get there at 2 PM called the end of the day before I’m not gonna keep carrying this on. He knows the truth, And you will on your judgment day before God
see your still getting bad reviews god so not like ugly that should tell you something is not right with in the store and what I stated is not false accusation
This is laughable and you must do better. We showed up and there was no line with 4 staff members working and it took 5 minutes for anyone to take an order. We order 2 small ice cream cups and 2 smoothies. It is extremely clear that the employees are not properly trained. They get an A for effort but it was painful watching them make a smoothie. It took 10 minutes to make 2 smoothies and the result was 1/3 was solid ice. The ownership and management should be ashamed at their training program. Do better.
Stopped and got ice cream with my grandsons. Not really impressed. Not really sure it is worth the cost.
Ryan and manager (i think) was amazing. They accommodated my daughter's peanut allergy and did not make her feel left out. They were so kind with great customer service. That really meant a lot to us knowing that they cared enough to make her feel included. I know it was a busy time for them and we just appreciate them so much. Thank you!!!
My husband and I went this past Sunday and the young staff that was working was very polite and provided good customer service. Atmosphere is clean. Sat down to eat our ice cream and was disappointed to find a long blonde hair in my ice cream. I requested a refund or exchange. I was able to choose a different ice cream but did not add any fixings. I recommend hairnets or caps to be used at all times especially when making the ice cream. We might come back.

Got a candy apple and the girl had asked if I wanted it sliced and I said yes. I would have appreciated if she would have told me that it was bad before giving it to me. I didn’t ask for a receipt so now I can not go back for a refund. And after reading the reviews it seems like this is a problem also there ice cream table looked very unsanitary
This place overall was very bad slow service and not very hygienic after seeing the candy apple and the table for ice cream. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Arrived at this particular store at 950, the lights were shut off and door was locked.The website states that the store closes at 10. When I called inside, the employee stated that 10 was the correct closing time, but they decided to close a little early tonight at 930. While on the phone with the employee, he seemed very nervous and started looking around at his coworkers for reassurance in his statement. Very disappointed. Will not be back.
The absolute worst experience I've ever had. I did an online order for 2 Choco tacos for pickup. I get there waiting in line for 30 minutes just to be told we can't make it you'll have to come tomorrow. I finally got a refund, but dang you got a bunch of kids running this company into the ground. Cold stone needs to get their business together.
Slow. Really how long does it take to scoop some ice cream. Over a hr wait. Don’t recommend if you in a rush.
I’m extremely disappointed with this Cold Stone Creamery. We visit this business almost weekly. However, yesterday, my daughters bought 4 caramel apples and had them cut in the store. When we got home, we discovered there was mold or some other kind of rot on the inside. (Not the discoloration from air, etc) Totally unacceptable.
My kids went back today (as it was too late last night) expecting a refund, and they refused. No apology, no concern, just dismissive service and an excuse. No apology, no concern for the fact that the product was clearly not fresh. Very frustrating and disappointing.
We won’t be back. This experience really raised concerns about their quality control and how they handle customer issues.
Check your products carefully before leaving!!
Ordered for the first time at this location ordered two items only put one in the bag. Terrible service.
