Don't bother showing up after 9 Pm, I got there at 9 on the dot and they were closed. even though there sign says they close at 10 and Google maps says the same things. They lock the door and ignore you. Worse cold stone I've ever been to

Cold Stone Creamery is located in The Shops on Broad right off the 287 freeway, serving up delicious creamy ice cream and more such as candy apples, fudge, and chocolate pecan clusters! We came through on a weekday in the evening and waited roughly 5 minutes to be served due to the line from everyone wanting ice cream. Inside, there are tables and chairs to sit at and enjoy your dessert and also have restrooms on site as well. They have many menus posted up about their signature creations, which involve ice cream that is mixed with other ingredients such as cookies, sprinkles, and other various toppings. They also have a display case showcasing all the ice cream flavors they carry and are willing to give you any sample you would like. We went ahead and sampled the cotton candy and mint chocolate chip in which they tasted amazing but went ahead and ordered the Oreo overload, which consisted of double oreo cookies, chocolate chips and fudge in sweet cream. We also got the birthday cake remix, which was a cake batter ice cream with rainbow sprinkles, brownies, and fudge. We went ahead and got one in a waffle cone and the other in a cup. The ice cream was rich and creamy and definitely lived up to its name. It was packed with flavor, and the toppings played a tremendous role in the making. The brownie was nice and moist and complemented the cake batter, while the sprinkles gave a nice sugary taste in every bite. All of the staff and employees were super attentive and were eager to serve us. The store manager was even on site helping out getting the line moving and promoting their fabulous reward card program. Overall, it was definitely a sweet treat to have, and I'm looking forward to enjoying another one soon or maybe trying some of the candy apples, caramel, and fudge they also serve.

Wish I could give 0 stars. First, the location on Google says Broad street. However, it's really located on 287 Frontage Rd. After I figured out where they were located. I arrived at 9:23. The employee watched us walk to the door and pull the handle. He then mouthed through the glass that they were closed. Google, as well as the sign on the door, says 10:00pm closing. The gentlemen mouthed that they closed at 9pm. The countertops had been broken down and cleaned and they were mopping the floor at 9:23pm in a place that says they close at 10pm.Obviously, they don't care because I see several other recent reviews citing the exact same scenario. I won't waste my time again.

According to google and the sign on their door, it closes at 10pm. They locked the door 30 minutes early and turned us away, change the hours displayed or remain open until closing time!!!

Two bigger men decided to close 30 minutes early and lock the doors. Change your hours and say yall close at 9:30 instead of wasting my time or have your employees not close the store 30 minutes before closing.

We purchased the $13.99 cupcakes at work on their site on 2/6/24.. it showed they were in stock so we paid and arrived at our pick up time to be told there was none in stock. (Them calling to warn us would have been nice). So we ask for a refund and are told we have to wait.... which we do. Several days go by and still no refund, so we speak to manager William who tells us to call back on 2/16/24 if it still hasn't been received, so we do only to be greeted by a big temper tantrum. The manager William yelled at us, didn't allow us to get a word in and then hung up on us. All for us asking for either a refund or for the actual cupcakes which we paid for over 10 Days ago! I've never encountered such a childish and immature individual who thinks it's okay to verbally abuse customers. If you look at the reviews on here many mention him by name so I'm shocked he's still there. We will never return to this location, and if he's angry over us reporting him he'll be surely unhappy to see the BBB review he's about to get. Go get manager training so you'll be prepared to deal with people asking for items they've already purchased.It is now 02/23/24 and they have still not refunded me for the $13.99 cupcakes I paid for and they didn't have in stock. NEVER buy from them from their website. They will steal your money and never give you what you paid for or refund you.

I spoke with the manager William on 2/11 about a refund for $14 for my friend because when we ordered on 2/6, the website had the cupcakes available but when I got there, they were sold out. When I spoke to him, he said the refund was processed and it takes 7-14 days but to check back with him on 2/16 if my friend didn't received yet. When I called on the 16th, he was instantly upset with me saying we filed a complaint (we didn't file anything) and that he has no control over the time the bank takes (I understand that). I could barely get a word in but asked if we could get the cupcakes today instead of the refund (since we haven't got it yet) which he said no. He kept on how rude it was to file a complaint and he has no control over the timeframe then ended the call. This is unprofessional and felt like I walked into a firing squad.

I really enjoyed this place. Stuff was courteous. I'm not sure why this place has a low rating. The only thing I can suggest is to add more employees for Saturday night because the lane was long. Other than that, everything is superb.

The Irving location canceled my cake order last minute so I called this location and WILLIAM was sooooooo helpful. Like very very clutch. He took my order, empathized with me, didn’t charge me a rush fee, AND gave me a reduced price! When I came to pick the cake up, he wasn’t there but the other workers were very warm and accommodating!Very grateful

The store was very clean, the staff was very friendly and patient with everyone, and the ice cream was amazing. This was my first time at this location, and it definitely will not be my last. I plan on trying a carmel apple next time. The location is great and convenient as well.
