Ordered thanksgiving side, desserts, and tea for our meal. The sides were already started to defrost so they had water on them. The cornbread dressing did not look appetizing with water floating on top of it. They forgot the tea, sweet and unsweetened, during the pickup time. We had to go back and exchange the dressing and get the tea. We tried to get another dressing along with the replacement and were told they did not have enough for purchase and probably wouldn't have enough for orders. What kind of management is that?? We only received one gallon of tea but we were so frustrated we didn't bother getting the other tea. The sides were defrosting so the box they were in was wet. I haven't even looked at the cobblers we ordered. I'm afraid of more disappointment.
We did the same thing last year and it was great. I am so disappointed in this year's order.

Jen was amazing! She took our food allergy seriously and made sure that everything we ordered wasnt touched or had anything we couldnt have in it. She learned that green beans are cooked in chicken broth as well as the gravy! Thank you for caring for us!
