I got the Dubai brown and had zero filling it it, took it back and the ladies acted so nonchalant, and there was an itty-bitty tiny slither of the green stuff, and they said that that was it, and it did not look anything like the picture and they would not replace it for another one. False advertisement and bad customer service at this location for sure

This week’s line up was a bit of a let down. I started with the Pumpkin chocolate chip and well, I don’t think the chocolate chip was necessary, since it was too chocolaty and overpowered the pumpkin flavor. I would’ve preferred it being a plain pumpkin cookie. The next one I tried was the Peanut butter munch, which was ok. The Chocolate mallow cupcake was too rich for my liking. I was excited and had high expectations for the Dubai chocolate brownie and well, that was a disappointment. First off, a good half of the brownie wasn’t even there, so that felt like a rip off considering these cookies aren’t cheap. However, it actually tasted better without much brownie, since that felt unnecessary and also overpowered the Dubai flavor. Maybe a plain cookie could’ve been better under the Dubai chocolate to keep the filling in? Just a thought. The Pink velvet was yummy though and the Strawberry cheesecake was creamy and not too sweet. So it was 2/6 I actually liked.

This is by far the best Crumbl location in the metroplex. The staff is courteous and quick. I usually never have to wait long at all. The other stores can learn a thing or two from this location.

There is a big issue in this location. They gave my order to another customer who returned it after taking the box to their car and inspecting it. The employee took the box the the customer and gave it to me. I kindly asked for a fresh order and he said that I have to wait. He passed 7 orders in front of me, people who came after me and placed the order were served first. I asked another employee if she could help me wich she did. The faces of the employees shows an issue with the work or management, they look very unhappy. This only male employee should have training in customer service. I will not bring my business to this location.

Boy…this location sure has gone downhill since the old manager Tammy left. Granted I haven’t been into this store in that long but you could just tell the vibe was uncomfortable and dreadful. The girls working today couldn’t be bothered to greet customers coming in the door. I stood at the pick up for 5 mins before anyone greeted me and asked for my name and I was the only one in there for the first 2 of those minutes and the customers who came in after me were served before me. I watched a girl come in to order obviously unsure how to and one of the girls just pointed for her to order on the iPad and then walked off. The workers clearly didn’t want to be there.
