Our daughter was given a coupon for reading books to earn an ice cream cone. We thought it was for DQ but turns out it wasn’t. They still honored it and gave her the small cone for her reading log. It was above and beyond service and she was elated. Their holiday menu is also delicious! We enjoyed buying the egg nog shake.

Please shut this one down! Mansfield is expanding and rebuilding. This Dairy Queen can go as well. Super outdated looking. We went today to get one sundae. Sat in the drive through for 5 minutes. NO ONE ever came to the speaker. And the employees were inside just talking. Mops buckets over turned outside the building. Disgusting. Employees seem to not care and clearly management or DQ corporate doesn’t care either. Building outdated. Looks filthy. Not well kept. Shut it down! Will never go to this location again. And no I will not be emailing about my experience.

I haven't been here in years and didnt feel like driving to GP for tacos. I gave them another shot I went about 2 weeks ago and again today. Pretty consistent so far. Its clean in there also. My taco were great. The shell was no soggy and flavorwas there also. They were pretty busy but my food came out in decent time frame. I should of taken a pic

This is my second visit at this location... The first time was a 1 star; same for the present visit. Why must I go inside (after placing my order in the drive thru) to get my order right?!? Same as years back, I had to ask to add cheese to my CHEESEBURGER (not one, twice BUT 3 times). I'm done with this location...

It was a hot mess and they had to "remake" my child's sundae and it came back even messier. The guy had to be high because he was chill and respectful but it was just beyond messy like anyone with common sense would not have sent that out the window. And he was laughing and talking with the car in front for a bit and then when I came up to the window it took a long time before he came to take my order. Definitely not coming back to this location.
Hair in my ice cream. I ordered a crunchy cookie dipped cone and by the time I was halfway done, I saw the hair on the ice cream portion. I felt disgusted and threw it away immediately. Customer service is absolutely awful aswell.

Worst DQ I’ve ever been in. The service is horrible. 2 employees in the lobby 1 cooking and 1 in DT. People got their order before us and no one is working together. Close down again and hire a crew. Food cold cause no one is expediting the orders. By far the worst guest experience at a DQ.

Place is always slow. They make stuff fresh, so I get that. Problem is they always mess up simple orders. Just forgot my jalitos. Now I have to wait for them to make them, while the rest of my food gets cold as we got it to go for a reason. No apologies.
Last time, put mayo on sandwich. same thing. no apologies, wait for new sandwich while wife's food gets cold. worst location.
Edit: The guy said "sorry" when giving me the freshly burnt jalitos. Then got home, and my 6 piece steak fingers only had 4, and instead of gravy, there were 2 containers of some white dressing. Never coming back.
