Tonight was the first night the food was terrible. And I’ve been here many many times. The Mac n cheese contained no queso. It was dry with grated cheese melted to it. Not fresh at all. It’s been very inconsistent the past few times I’ve eaten here and it’s very disappointing. Probably won’t return for a while.

The atmosphere was such a vibe. Unfortunately the food missed the mark for me. The brisket was chewy and lacked flavor. The ribs were very fatty and was a bit chewy was well. I guess I was hoping for that fall of the bones barbecue ribs. Not all was lost the brisket nachos were great. Our waitress was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. I’ll give them another shot, maybe today was an off day.

I actually found this restaurant while trying to locate the brewery. They are one in the same. The bbq I had was good. The brisket was very moist, the side of Mac n cheese was good, the burnt ends were a little different than what I'm used to but still worth it as the portions were quite generous. If one orders a plate, the meats are served at 1/3 lbs each for reference. There wasn't any table service as orders were placed at the bar and only brought to you. I recommend trying the local tap beer from the in-house brewery, my favorite was the Te Amo Lager. I do not recommend the margaritas, as good as they sound on the menu they weren't great tasting at all. It is worth the visit for the generous portions of great tasting bbq and sauce, as well as the sides.

This was our first time here and was amazing! Loved the blonde beer made there. The service was tops and OMG the food was great! Never had burnt ends before and we are hooked. The manager Jody was walking around talking to tables and was a delight when came by us. For sure coming back
I can not in good conscience give this any higher of stars. Came in at lunch time and my service was excellent but I saw someone putting their hand completely in the food without a glove! Directly! Eating the food. I mean we can all see you! I was so disgusted. My server was lovely. She is the only reason I am even giving 2 stars. Jordyn was lovely!Unfortunately the unsanitary conditions ruined our experience.

Brisket is so good- BUT BRING BACK THE FRIED CABBAGE AND THE GREEN BEANS GOSH DANG IT!!! Perfect restaurant for ketogenic dieters…and then you make all the sides carbs….NOOOOOOO. ? I won’t be coming back until you have low carb sides.Dietary restrictions: NEEDS MORE LOW CARB SIDES, bring back the cabbage and green beans!!!!!!!!!

This is one of the best bbq restaurants in Mansfield but is suffering from recent issues. The portions continue to get smaller while the prices have increased, not good value for the customer. They go back and forth between counter service versus sit down service. They need to figure out the issues.

Brisket was dried. Ordered Mac and cheese for my 9 yr old and there were jalapeño slices but no where on the menu does it state jalapeño Mac and cheese. Ordered the brisket sandwich with chimichuri sauce and that sauce was super spicy as well. I’ve never had chimichuri be so spicy.The waitress was super sweet and attentive though.Parking: Don’t park on the street if you can’t reverse park
Ordered the brisket frito pie and found a chunk of metal in my food. The two bites I did eat before discovering the metal the meat was bland and lack smoke flavor that you would want from a bbq restaurant.

Went in on a Saturday atmosphere was nice got a nice greeting.I gave a $14 tip in nibbled on the food & left the majority of it on the table , it came out cold .witch was a disappointed it seems like it might have been sitting back there for quite some time before they even brought it out. The cheese on the brisket nachos was totally cold.the macaroni and cheese was dry & coldI think I would have enjoyed the twinkie but it was cold. I tried my friends rib and it was pretty tasty tbh I give a 8.9 out of 10And I'm just giving my honest opinion but the cherry limeade was absolutely horrible it was more lime then anything. And you probably say well why you give a 14$ tipOur waiter came over to butter us up as we paying for our ticket I love a good hustler he wasn't interested where we from ? it was just time to get paid. No sweat off our backs! Just won't be back! It's always the experience for me anyway.

The wife and I really enjoyed the brisket. The pork ribs are amazing, as well as the burnt ends.The atmosphere is good. Over all a great experience. Most definitely see a return to Del Toro.

Was better as a quick service counter order setup, no idea why the change to full service but it is being very poorly executed, go here with the family two or three times a month, and since the change the experience has been frustrating. We've been three times since and had varying service, but mostly poor experience with servers. The Servers are not executing well, it was much simpler to place the order at the counter, get a beer from the bar, and not have to wait on mostly inept servers. Last visit after waiting 15 minutes for someone to greet us at the table I decided to get beers at the bar, a waitress came up to me there and said I needed to order drinks through her, not the bar, weird interaction, at the end I asked for my check and after 20 minutes had to go find our server who was chatting at the bar. If you're going to be full service you have to do it well, currently that is not the case. I really hope they can get it figured out, if this was my first experience here I likely wouldn't have been returning, but I know they've made counter service work in the past, hopefully they get it figured out the food is awesome!
