When you have smart mouthed delivery drivers that talk to customers rudely then when you ask for a name to return to the store to speak with them. Suddenly they don’t have to comply. Poor customer service, pizza made wrong, and overall rude delivery driver I spoke with and my pizza was a PICK UP. So, why would he speak to me at all if he was out delivering a pizza. If you get no tips I can see why.

What a joke of a store. Can't order online because my business isn't listed. The store is less than 2 miles away.
I call and get directed to some call center probably not even in the country. Who also can't find my address.
Get transferred to the store. Which should have happened in the first place when I called.
Then the employee tells me he won't give me the mix and match deal over the phone and that I have to go online.
Avoid the location like the plague.

Liz is the new store gm and is amazing hands down! She definitely went above and beyond to help me and to make sure that I was happy with the overall outcome.
it is always something with this store. we placed an order. Knock at the door. Delivery guy says I am so sorry, I thought i had your order but I don't. Confused. went to the tracker and it says order complete, enjoy your order or whatever. Call the store, he went to the wrong address but it's leaving the store right now. I said cancel it, it's going to be kind of not fresh you know. oh we have insulated bags so it should still be warm. I said you have not to be kidding me and hung up. pizza shows up and yeah it's still warm...with the cheese hard and pizzas all separated apart, you all know what I mean. The stupid amount of money we pay for pizza and to have something go wrong every single time is nuts. Never again...as I always say. We will just buy store bought and heat it ourselves. At least it will be fresh and not hard dried out by the time we eat it.

I Placed an order on the app and it said they were preparing it. A couple of minutes later they sent me a message saying it was cancelled, When i called to ask why my order was cancelled they hung up on me twice.
