We have an issue almost every time with this location. Wrong items, missing items, extra slow delivery.

Thin crust was super dry and burnt, really disappointing. Unable to post photos here but very unhappy and staff barely acknowledged my presence.

It’s been over two hours since I placed my pizza order, and I still haven’t received it. I attempted to contact the store multiple times with no success, which is extremely frustrating. I had to reach out to the customer service team by email just to request a refund.

This level of service is utterly unacceptable and ridiculous. I expected better communication and timeliness from your team, especially when dealing with paid orders.

Please ensure this issue is properly documented and escalated so it does not happen again.

Super slow, never ready on time.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I ordered a pizza online for delivery and it took almost 2 hours for it to be delivered. I called and check on the pizza and the manager Crystal was very rude and hung up on me. I went to the store in person to see what was going on and to return the pizza. When I arrived at the store Crystal and her daughter that also works there, started yelling and cussing after I said something about her hanging up in my face. The daughter who is also an employee was acting like she was going to jump over the counter and start a physical altercation and had to be held back by her mother (the manager) and employees. Not only that, the manger crystal refused to give us a refund after taking the pizza back. Long story short, don’t ever visit this location and I also made several reports to domino’s corporate and I filed a report with the better business bureau. Still waiting on my refund

The manager crystal is very rude and obnoxious. The driver was not where they were supposed to be and when I called about it, the manager gave me nothing but attitude.

Very poor management at this location. The manager that works on Fridays tried to assault me and when she couldn’t get to me, threatened to call the police on me. All I wanted to do was get a pizza 🙄

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The manager, white lady who works Friday afternoons, does not do well when store is busy. She refused to give me her name or my pizza.

Very bad service , got home and the pizza was wrong , they made me go back but the worst of all I walked in with the wrong pizza to trade it in for the correct one , they offered the one I took to another person. Then took it home and it had a hair in it !!! Grosses hair in histori

Just ordered for my family while at the pool and out of the 6 items, 2 stuffed crust pizzas were wrong. I ordered those two stuffed crust, pizzas with extra cheese and light pepperoni and I received almost no cheese and regular pepperoni. My partner called the store to see if the order could get corrected and the gentleman that answered stated he wanted the pizza back and that we had to pick up the remake at the store. My partner proceeded to ask if they can just resend a driver since we ordered delivery due to us enjoying a day at the pool and he refused. He stated he could credit us instead and as my partner asked for his name he refused to provide his name or allow us to speak to a manager and said have a good night and ended the call. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. I have ordered MANY times from this location but this was by far the worst experience and it ruined our night. We literally tried our best to enjoy a pizze with just sauce and pepperoni. I have managed a dominos before and it baffles me how that associate lacked proper training. Very disappointed.

I walked in to pick up my order. There were about 15 employees yelling orders across the store. No one wearing hair nets and not 1 pair of gloves in site. Ladies ponytails were just flying. Yall need to do better.
