2022 update: Started going again and it went pretty much like I expected. I have gone 6 times so far and only 2 of the 6 times was my coffee correct. I can’t do it anymore, how can this freaking place be that bad?! How do people get a literal 3 ingredient coffee wrong?! They aren’t brewing it and mixing it like a barista, they are pouring everything together and stirring… I am just going to go to Quick Trip or Race Trac from now on and mix my own freaking coffee.
Good for menu, great doughnuts and really good coffee for the money. If you like turkey then try the turkey sausage egg and cheese flat bread. Their standard breakfast blend coffee has an excellent flavor and good body and is not too bitter. It's a good place to go not just for doughnuts.
*update - reduced stars* Not sure what is going on lately but the last 2 times I went they got my coffees wrong. I ordered a decaf latte 2 different days for my wife and one day I was given a caffeinated caramel macchiato and the other day I was given a caffeinated latte. Both times I went it wasn't busy at all and I even confirmed with the associate asking "This latte was made with decaf right?" and I was always told "Yes sir, it's even marked on the cup.". I give everyone this cautionary info because my wife is massively sensitive to caffeine (heart palpitations and panic attacks) and both times she was working when I got them for her which completely messed her up and she nearly had to come home from work both days.
I love the coffee and food there a lot but I don't know if I can go back anymore due to this, to me it's not worth chancing giving my wife caffeinated coffee again because of what I can only surmise is carelessness.
*2024 update - added stars* They have definitely gotten better now, they are more consistent on getting orders right which is a bonus. The food and donuts are still the same, it is just okay. The coffee is more what I go here for which still tastes the same which is a good thing. I hope they continue to improve and continue to create a more and more cohesive team so they can continue to improve the quality and consistency of their service.

Wish I was writing this I've been coming to this location for a while never had best customer service but was decent until today I left very disgusted I did a mobile order for a coffee and a donut for my child the employee preparing my drink had his pants falling off and his butt was exposed the whole time while preparing my drink wearing no gloves at all as my drink was filling up he proceeded to pull up his pants and touching his belly and then proceeded to grab my drink and my childs donut without washing he was wearing one glove never washed his hands or anything very unhygienic this location is pretty dirty the machine had a blinking light requiring them to change or clean the machine they just opened it and poured the milk in my drink will not be coming back to this location

The folks they hire at this location are always sweet and accommodating. Drinks and food are consistent. My go-to Dunkin.

Stopped by the drive - thru to grab coffee and a watermelon lemonade refresher. It was close to noon and getting warm, so my impulse buyer super power kicked in! Between the inviting watermelon green color sparkling with cool condensation and the anticipation of tartness making my mouth water, I ordered before finishing a quick browsing of the description. I was definitely refreshed! Some may find the concoction a bit sweeter than they may like, but it offended me in no way and lent a fresh breeze to our afternoon grocery trip. The only reason I didn't give higher marks for service was the lack of any personality at this location. We were out of our normal area and compared to our local shops, it was a so-so experience. But major props for getting our order correct!

It appears that the CEO of Dunkin Donuts recently refused to advertise on Rumble do to him not agreeing with the conservative values and support of free speech.... looks like it's time to boycott Dunkin Donuts since they support the suppression of free speech!!! Go WOKE go broke!
