I placed a pickup order on the app approximately 8 minutes before I arrived on location to pick up my order at the drive thru. I waited at the window for 10 minutes after being given my coffees (I ordered 2 coffees and 2 croissant sandwiches) only to be told that they had no croissants. Why did it take them 10 minutes to determine they couldn't make my order?

I have visited many Dunkin locations for coffee and Donuts, Today I stopped in this one located in Mansfield Texas. Nice newer looking store, wasn't busy at all since its late morning. I ordered just a 6 pack of Donuts to take home, Total was 9.00 for 6 donuts, Nothing fancy, 3 glazed and 3 powered. All 6 of these donuts and hard, dry, and stale. Must be a week old already. For 9.00 my expectation is they are fresh, not dry old crap you cannot eat. Last time I purchase from this location. Corporate needs to monitor these stores since they are charging a Premium for crappy products.

This places was dirty and nasty, it’s in desperate need of new management. we first went to the drive through and we couldn’t hear in the speaker, so we just decided to go in. The customer service was horrible and the food was awful the place was dirty. I can’t even describe what we experienced.

Very disappointed in the new tipping option. I will stop buying my three times a week order. It is the company's job to pay the employees. No one is delivering me a meal or refilling a coffee etc. They handed me a donut. I think you have done a great injustice to your employees

It took 30 minutes to receive my order with only 2 other cars in line. I could see numerous cars leaving and honking behind me. When I got to the front I was given no excuse or apology and had to still wait an additional 10 minutes while being asked what I ordered numerous times. Also I received my order and the coffee was horrible and the grilled cheese barely had any cheese. I will not be returning to this establishment.
