DUNKIN FROM HELL. my gf has has the displeasure of having to rely on this dunkin with her internship.
tldr; RUDE staff, LONG wait, INCORRECT orders.
my poor gf was waiting at the speaker for over 5 minutes without a single word or response from any of the FOUR workers present. after finally pulling up, despite having a mobile order, they didn’t start on her food until after she paid. additionally, after she received her order she luckily noticed they completely forgot her wrap. after she informed them, they only THEN started to heat it up (it was still cold when she got it.) during this whole encounter- not ONE sorry was uttered, with the cherry on top being a single “here u go.” i have ZERO IDEA how this location is still in business, as you can tell from other reviews. please do not give a single dollar to this hell hole.

If you're looking for a good start to your day, do not go here. If you are looking for a place that makes you feel like an idiot when they get your order wrong, this is the place to go. Absolutely disgusting horrible service and brainless individuals. I reached out to corporate to try to get compensated for all of my incorrect orders and horrible service, and all they did was tell me they need proof or they can do nothing for me. Customer service is dead.

Only giving 2 stars because the staff is kind. But - twice I’ve ordered on the app and both times I’ve gotten there to pick up my order and they were out. Today I ordered 5 donuts, they had 2. The 2 I got were sub par at best with very minimal icing. I don’t think I’ll give it a 3rd chance.

2022 update: Started going again and it went pretty much like I expected. I have gone 6 times so far and only 2 of the 6 times was my coffee correct. I can’t do it anymore, how can this freaking place be that bad?! How do people get a literal 3 ingredient coffee wrong?! They aren’t brewing it and mixing it like a barista, they are pouring everything together and stirring… I am just going to go to Quick Trip or Race Trac from now on and mix my own freaking coffee.
Good for menu, great doughnuts and really good coffee for the money. If you like turkey then try the turkey sausage egg and cheese flat bread. Their standard breakfast blend coffee has an excellent flavor and good body and is not too bitter. It's a good place to go not just for doughnuts.
*update - reduced stars* Not sure what is going on lately but the last 2 times I went they got my coffees wrong. I ordered a decaf latte 2 different days for my wife and one day I was given a caffeinated caramel macchiato and the other day I was given a caffeinated latte. Both times I went it wasn't busy at all and I even confirmed with the associate asking "This latte was made with decaf right?" and I was always told "Yes sir, it's even marked on the cup.". I give everyone this cautionary info because my wife is massively sensitive to caffeine (heart palpitations and panic attacks) and both times she was working when I got them for her which completely messed her up and she nearly had to come home from work both days.
I love the coffee and food there a lot but I don't know if I can go back anymore due to this, to me it's not worth chancing giving my wife caffeinated coffee again because of what I can only surmise is carelessness.
*2024 update - added stars* They have definitely gotten better now, they are more consistent on getting orders right which is a bonus. The food and donuts are still the same, it is just okay. The coffee is more what I go here for which still tastes the same which is a good thing. I hope they continue to improve and continue to create a more and more cohesive team so they can continue to improve the quality and consistency of their service.
