I been coming or this location for about a year or so and lately ( about or so) I’ve notice that the beagles on Sundays are way better looking and fluffier that during the week.
I love to come on Sunday’s because I know my sandwich will be the best of the whole week.

I don’t know if there are multiple bakers for for sure the one that’s makes them for Sunday is the best.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but after reading others it’s validated my experience. I always go through the drive thru and have never had any issues with staff. Recently I decided to dine in, the older Hispanic lady came across very short with me, I work in a coffee shop so I understand they’ve probably been there since early and are tired. I didn’t take it personally. I sat to eat and noticed they forgot my condiment. I go up to ask for it, both ladies looked at me and continued to walk right past me. Again, I understand being busy. They finally ask what I need and give it to me with the straightest face. I’m sitting facing the register so I can see them tending to the next few customers and it’s a completely different demeanor, friendly, but the only difference is that those customers were all men. I’ve seen her working a few times and I’m assuming she’s a manager if not a lead. I recalled seeing her speak harshly to a young lady employee when I was in the drive thru once before. It sounds dumb, but it’s giving a sexist vibe or some kind of animosity towards younger women.

This Einstein’s has suddenly started going down hill, at least from a drive thru perspective. The last two months we have been trying to give them a chance from over a year of great service, but CONSISTENTLY they continue to screw up orders. Today, I get all the way home to see my sandwich, which was correct on the screen, is a completely different sandwich when I open it. Absolutely unacceptable.

The brisket bagel sandwich is delicious! However, they could put a little more brisket on the sandwich. Two bites into the bagel and you've eaten all the brisket!!!

I recently ordered the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich thru DoorDash, because when in North Ft. Worth, one of my co-workers let me try theirs. It was so good and delicious. Now the one here was small, only a little sauce, barely any Brisket, and it was only in the middle and dry. Very disappointing. Never again.

Horrible!!! For the third time!!! We ask for our bagels to be double toasted, wait a while, come home and again!! Not even toasted once. How does the order go wrong from the counter to the grill, when he only has to turn around to the preparer? TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!! Also, there is always a bucket and mop around the floor. What is that???

Services is inconsistent. Order several times and depending on who is making it. Put way too much black peppers on the eggs, my kiddo couldn't finish it even though he can eat spicy food. Cold brew was really inconsistent too, way too much sweet compared to other times I have ordered. Not coming back here for awhile until they train their staff properly. A bagel sandwich with extra egg and extra bacon with a cold brew cost $24.00. too expensive for the inconsistent services over here.

Burnt one of our bagels and nobody here knows how much cream cheese is appropriate for a bagel. Why the bagel comes with cream cheese on it is beside me, and there isn't a way to alter it online.

Well, I was getting a coffee at Starbucks next-door. By the time my coffee was done. I walked over and my bagel was toasted and ready to go great experience, friendly staff clean store.
