I’m not one to leave bad reviews but after reading others it’s validated my experience. I always go through the drive thru and have never had any issues with staff. Recently I decided to dine in, the older Hispanic lady came across very short with me, I work in a coffee shop so I understand they’ve probably been there since early and are tired. I didn’t take it personally. I sat to eat and noticed they forgot my condiment. I go up to ask for it, both ladies looked at me...
Services is inconsistent. Order several times and depending on who is making it. Put way too much black peppers on the eggs, my kiddo couldn't finish it even though he can eat spicy food. Cold brew was really inconsistent too, way too much sweet compared to other times I have ordered. Not coming back here for awhile until they train their staff properly. A bagel sandwich with extra egg and extra bacon with a cold brew cost $24.00. too expensive for the inconsistent services...
I love to come on Sunday’s because I know my sandwich will be the best of the whole week.
I don’t know if there are multiple bakers for for sure the one that’s makes them for Sunday is the best.
