Einstein Bros. Bagels

I do not recommend this place. After the poor customer service I received I’ll never give them another penny. Instead of making sure I was happy with my order you want to debate about the ingredients. I was going to spend $9 more and order more but not only did you lose that sale you lost a customer. Poor skills. What would it have hurt to add another ounce or less of brisket to the half bagel? Really? Pathetic.

We went there yesterday and got 3 different bagels. They were all extremely stale. How do they get away with selling bagels that are several days old?

The dont have eapresso machines

The lady complained she had already toasted a bagel when I placed my order and said wanted a particular bagel.

The orange juice was watered down, the worst one ever

I’ve tried this place twice and both times they did not add the cream cheese i asked for. i won’t be going back. Give customers what they pay for.

I came in to redeem my reward for a “bagel with shmear with any purchase” that expires today. The app wasn’t discounting my reward and I was told “that’s a different department, I can’t help you.” It’s so disappointing when the person at the register can’t take some responsibility for the establishment that employees then. So lame.

Addendum (8/28/24): I clicked on the link provided but the form asks for the store number. Apparently, there are two stores in Mansfield and I have googled, unsuccessfully, to find the store number for the Broad St location. I could not submit the form without that field. Too much effort.

Einstein Bro Bagels is the place to go for tasty sandwiches and bagels . The employees were great and helpful and we got our food quickly . They did exactly what we said and our bagels were toasted to perfection. Our food was so tasty and I will be coming back again.

Einstein Bro Bagels is our favorite stop for breakfast and bagels , the service was great and the food is always delicious . I got the Maple bagel , and a toasted sesame bagel with bacon and cream cheese , both toasted to perfection . I fully recommend Einstein Bro's to anyone looking for tasty sandwiches. All the employees were nice and helpful .

Roasted tomato...gone. the bagels were over toasted and just ok I have always liked these guys maybe off day

This is the 2nd time I’ve came at 6:30 am and they are not open why say you open at 6am if you not even open at 6:30 am on a Thursday morning.. I will not come back to this location

Einstein Bros in E. Broad St runs a tight ship. I always order the nova lix & chives & onion cream cheese, with no tomato. The wait time is short and the dood is fresh. Great management and counter service.

9/10 great taste, fresh bagels, Fast, kitchen is labeled on fridge doors, showing the manager is keep their crew on toes with fresh products. Cashier girl was helpful with customer service Thank you

Awesome customer service, as soon as ! walk in I receive the wonderful smell of the Bagels & a Greeting from the Staff.
The Farmhouse Sandwich was definitely made with love because it was very delicious. 10/10 Highly recommend
