El Primo's Mexican Grill & Cantina

Great food and excellent customer service. Seraiah our waitress was fairly new but did an excellent job making sure our table was comfortable and well satisfied.

I hate leaving this review but don’t order the red snapper.. I found multiple fish bones (see in the picture at least three of them). The didn’t even care, nothing was replaced or comped. No manager even spoke to me about it. So I paid and will not be coming back.

I went in for an early lunch today, and unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. To make matters worse, the server, Anna Bell, altered the tip without my permission. I’ve tried calling the restaurant several times, but no one has answered. This was my first visit and it will definitely be my last.

The ambience was lovely—we grabbed a spot on the patio Sunday, and our server was both friendly and right on time with everything. So far, so good.

Then came the prime loaded chicken nachos… and unfortunately, never again. The queso was the only redeeming part—creamy, flavorful, and exactly what you’d hope for. But the chicken? It tasted old, had a strange twang to it, and honestly felt like it came straight from the fridge. Definitely not appetizing.

On the plus side, the manager handled it with kindness and professionalism, immediately refunding the nachos, which I really appreciated.
I wanted to love this spot and hoped it would become a regular go-to, but based on this experience, I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon.

We are here at _least_ once a week, good, consistent food with great service! Especially Risha, who we have almost every time we are here and is such a great and friendly server, she’s a rockstar!

We love coming to El Primo’s for trivia night every Thursday! The whole wait staff is great, but Risha always goes above and beyond. She’s friendly, efficient, and just a joy to be around. We always try to sit in her section when we can — she takes such good care of us and makes the night even more enjoyable. Great service, great atmosphere, and great people!

Risha is our favorite at this amazing local spot! She always greets us with a smile and has a fantastic attitude. We ask for her to be our server every time we dine here. She is absolutely one of a kind and makes every experience so wonderful! If you are looking for a great dining experience at El Primo ask for Risha!

Fajitas were good, but tortillas were not, chips and queso was mid. Salsa was good, watch out though, there is no difference between their salt and pepper bottles, we ended up putting pepper on the chips accidentally. Anyways, dog friendly patio sometimes, playground, arcade, lots of space, valet. Overall a pretty good place. Manager is very cool

El Primo's has become a favorite of ours. The fish tacos and the birria tacos were delicious. The drinks just right. And the service on point. Definitely recommend!
