Good place to get a bite to eat. Maybe a little more expensive than some fast food restaurants. Good tasting Hero and Miss Vickie's chips are better than most. Drink variety excellent with the fridge like dispenser. Television noise is a bit loud, but if you like to watch, then ok.

Wish I could give more stars but only asked to take off the mayo and cheese on my sandwich and when I got home to eat it, it was just meat and bread. For as expensive as the sub is already and the fact that when you go to pay you’re asked to add a tip and to round up for a donation sheesh the sandwich should at least be correct!!! If I wanted to put my own mustard and toppings on it I would’ve eaten at home!! And saved money!! Lesson learned…ALWAYS check food before leaving! 😠

We came in about 3:30 on a Thursday. We were craving a French Dip (sliced beef sandwich serving with au jus). We walked up to the counter to order and the lady said “we don’t have that here” and just stood there and scowled at us. We looked at each other, turned around and left. What a disappointment!!!

Firehouse Subs in Mansfield is one of the best sandwich spots around. The food is always good, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. I usually go for one of their Italian sandwiches, and it always hits the spot.
One thing to note is that service can be a little slow at times, especially during peak hours, but the sandwiches are worth the wait. My only small gripe is that I don’t like pickles, and even when I ask for them to be left off, they still sneak in occasionally. Not a deal-breaker, just something to double-check if you have preferences.

I eat at this Firehouse subs probably on average twice a month maybe more. We love Firehouse subs. Tonight I got on the app and made an order for me to pickup. It stated on their website they are open till 9:30. Actually that's not accurate they're open only to 9:00. Anyway I looked at my receipt and it says I'm supposed to pick it up tomorrow and that won't work for dinner tonight so I called the store and the manager went ahead made the sandwiches for me and it was like 9:20 and they closed at 9:00 so I have to say that this business went the extra mile to take care of its customers.
