The food is good, of course you decide what you put into it. What I find infuriating is the service. They don’t give you much direction as to what you are doing and it’s waitress is soooo rude. We wanted a simple to go box and when we, very politely, tried to get her attention we were told rather rudely she wasn’t our waitress and then she pointed and told us she is your waitress. We then waited for like 10 minutes for our waitress to come out of the back and when she did we had to wait for her to notice us, she passed us at least twice.
If I could, I’d give a 0.
Family favorite, kids do very well and finish their plates every time, great customer service, highly recommended
Really great place to eat! Quiet atmosphere and you pick EXACTLY what you want to eat. Cooked hibachi style while you wait. Awesome.

ABSOLUTELY great food and value too! Eat all you want, make up the contents yourself. Genuine Mongolian BBQ, just as it is in Taiwan and on Okinawa! I so wish they had this at home in Tyler!

The food is always good and fresh and cooked perfectly! Usually the staff is friendly but last time we went out waitress was not as friendly or attentive! She rarely came to the table! That’s the reason for only 4 stars!
Food is still afyer so many years. Pricing is a bit high but great all around.

Select raw ingredients and seasoning/ sauces and hand it over while the cooks stir it up on the open style grill. Selections of Beef, chicken, shrimp, pork, and some other sea foods based on locations stock. Ask for egg at the grill and they'll throw some in. Service has always been good. Very friendly and accommodating. Huge place, tons of seating. Best part is all you can eat.
My family and I have been coming here for many years now. They still have the same great service and great food!
