My coworkers invited me to Fuzzy's here awhile back. Other than myself, I don't let anyone else make my drinks. I'm OCD and will measure the ratio of spirits in my glass. My family comes from the hospitality business and they own several bars in Kansas City.

Samantha is the ONLY person, I'll let make my drinks. I moved to Midlothian (due to work) and it's tough finding a knowledgeable bar tender. Like I said.. I don't let anyone make my drinks BESIDES HER.

You guys are honestly fortunate to have an amazing person like her working behind the bar. Long as she's here, I'll continue coming back and telling all my friends and family to visit when they're in town.

This is a cool place with potential but it's getting wasted. I feel bad for the company that owns this place. I have talked to the GM about it and found that they have made more excuses than replacing these TVs. This is/has been a PLAGUING issue for this place. PLEASE sell the patio to put a a place that prides itself in reflecting a positive image on the community and can afford 199.00 tvs for patio. Not only does it reflect a positive image of your establishment. It helps people with.disabilities feel included in your establishment. I understand that management may not care about this, but the parent company of this restaurant should review this and should make changes to make this place more inclusive than exclusive. Again the service is great the management might need to be changed out since this is reported repeatedly and they have fail to make it more inclusive. It's sad to put a review like this but it's LONG overdue

Savannah M was the best bartender they had and she isn’t there anymore. She was in the hospital and I think they canned her. Management here sucks.

THIS PLACE I LOVEEE IT it has different diversity’s here and very friendly community I love how open it is and the foods are amazing excellent I would definitely come here and will always consider this place an amazing opportunity to experience with new things here and love how friendly the workers are 10/10❤️❤️❤️❤️

I was disappointed by the service yesterday. The bartenders are fantastic and attentive and always make everyone feel welcome. They make the place a very family like environment. The college game was on and a lot of people were there to watch the game. The bartenders were super busy and the manager left them to figure out how to operate the tvs while she went to eat and the other side of the restaurant which had no customers. I left because I was looking forward to watching the game at fuzzys like I normally would and people started leaving like I did since the game wasn’t on. The last manager would step in and help and would support the bar side since it is usually busy especially on game days but I didn’t see that yesterday. Very disappointing. These bartenders work hard at keeping the people coming back and it was sad to see they don’t get support from upper management.

I had chicken fajitas.. it was okay. Kind of dry. Baja Mama Margarita was good. Not strong at all. It was kinda of loud. I had to speak louder to speak to my friend. 3pm on a Sunday..

7/11/25 8:40PM. To say that I was disgusted would be an understatement. Went in to place a to go order and immediately noticed another customer feeding her accessory dog (this was not a service dog) at a table…..literally, the dog was sitting in the owners lap and eating food directly from the table top. The real issue was when I noticed the female worker that was assigned to handling customer orders when they came out of the kitchen go to the table, feed the dog from her bare hand, and then immediately go back to handling customer food orders with out so much as going to wash her hands. Multiple health code violations in the span of 10 seconds. I’m still a Fuzzy’s fan but I can’t support this location if management is ok with this type of unsanitary behavior. If management is reading this, go back and check your camera footage from the timestamp above and you’ll see for yourself.

***7/12/25: Respectfully I acknowledge your auto response (only calling it that because it appears to be a standard response that is posted for the majority of the negative reviews). No need for additional feedback outside of advising your staff (specifically those handling food) to not feed dogs from their bare hands and immediately go back to handling customer food orders. I’m not a health inspector but I would hate to imagine the outcome if a health inspector was there to witness this. All the best, we’ll continue supporting the brand at an alternate location.
