I just wanted to state that the staff at this establishment are second to none. Proficient, professional, courteous and attentive. Laurel, Mel, Sam, Savannah and last but not least Miranda were phenomenal. If you want a drink or anything to eat come here and they won't disappoint you.

This fuzzy's is in a great location, but inside it looks dirty. Lots of little flys crawling all over everything (especially the hot sauce bottles) they have a dusty dining area (guess what falls in your food). The staff was all on their cell phones and seemed beaten down with low morale. The kitchen looked clean from what I saw. If you want to feel like you are in a dirty taco stand, this place gives you all that.

Always have such a great experience at this location. The food is great and it’s always clean. The staff is exceptional, friendly and always tentative. The place is well managed, and I would love to give a big shout out to the bartenders. Always top-notch service. I would like to also give a shout out to Laurel (I think that’s her name), I had a bad day at work last Monday and she really cheered me up and made me laugh. I highly recommend this place! Great peeps

Laurel and mel are absolutely amazing. Their attitude during their shift makes everyone feel so comfortable and relaxing. There is no waiting on anything, they get you what you need before u even ask. For someone being in the service industry like me, it's so important to get amazing service, like we do every time we walk in, and both of them do that for everyone. Hands down, The best fuzzys iv ever been to, due to the hospitality and greatness these two do for everyone.

Great food, atmosphere, prices and energy. There was good music playing and the patio was open and jammed pack.Parking: The restaurant parking is part of a strip mall, so it is shared. There is plentiful parking.

Stopped in for a late lunch(1:45) on “Taco Tuesday”. Had their fish tacos grilled. They are now tilapia, in my opinion, good but nowhere as good as the mahi-mahi were. As always counter service was great and food was ready in just a few minutes.

Sometimes they get it right, sometimes they don't. Queso needs way more Pico.Too loud to enjoy conversation for eat in. Sometimes needs to be cleaned. So opt for carry out more often. 50 50 chance if made well. Sometimes they forget the garlic sauce, sometimes they omit veggies on the veggie taco, breakfast tacos not my liking. Sometimes brisket is dry, sometimes its great.when it's made right it's great. It's just a gamble.Vegetarian options: Veggie tacos or veggie nachos potato and beans. Vegetarian not vegan.

We got here at 5ish for happy hour on a Monday. Margs were $3ish for frozen or on the rocks. They have some pretty solid deals for food and drinks for sure. We got the blue curacao, strawberry, mango, and modelos. Drinks came out nice and NOT watered down. ?. We just got chips and queso with birria beef and chorizo. The queso was really good. I think they could've add more meat to the queso and tossed the chips.This place is really nice though. A lot of people looked as though they just came off work, so the place was lively.The server was real cool. She rang us up and served our food.Pretty dope spot to hangout for sure

I don't know why I continue to eat at Fuzzy's or continue to order from this location. I placed an order directly on their website to be delivered because I'm recovering from an accident and couldn't drive. The dasher assigned to deliver it never showed up although he marked the order as being complete and delivered.When I called Fuzzy's, that same night, they said they couldn't refund the order b/c it was delivered by DoorDash (DD) even though it was placed on the website. I called DD and was told that Fuzzy's had to release the refund, which they never did.For the sake of an even longer review, after the calls to both Fuzzy's and DoorDash EACH, I keep getting the run around on an order that was close to $30. I feel that better care and customer service should be given on both ends.Now two weeks later, I was just told by the manager at the Fuzzy's that they can't issue a refund. I told him I wasn't even offered a gift card or a refund on my order... that's just good customer service. His reply was that he "knows what customer service is." I beg to differ. But at this point, I don't even want that.Good customer service is ensuring that you do all you can, within your abilities, to ensure that your customers are well taken care of. If I had to sit in the phone with my customer while they called DD to ensure that the refund is processed I would have done so that very night.I don't even know why I keep ordering from Fuzzy's because everyone I do (whether in person or online) my order either gets messed up, missing something, or the food is dry, over cooked, or just not worth the high price that they charge. Not at all how I remember them being when years ago. Fuzzy's is falling off. Not the same quality for the price.I've had better customer service with bad experiences at other Fuzzy's locations, just not at this one. I can confidently say that I won't be eating at Fuzzy's anymore. I'm sure they won't be hurting from the loss of just one customer.
