I was looking for a custom cake for a baby shower! Aaliyah helped me out, she was very kind and professional, answered all our questions in details. The day of pick up went smoothly, the cake was decorated so beautifully ? and tasted amazing! Thank you gigi cupcakes in Mansfield!

I have been a loyal supporter and customer of Gigi’s since you opened. I came in today to get some treats. And I got 4 bags of cookies. Your sign states cookies $3.50. NOT 1Cookie for $3.50. I was charged $5.00 for each bag. The cashier was going to change the price for me because she saw it too. Then some other girl came out from the back and said no it cost 3.50 for each cookie. I said look at your sign. It doesn’t state 1 cookie. And the fact that you don’t even sell single cookies. I don’t appreciate the fact that I was charged 20 dollars for 12 cookies. I am very disheartened at the service and attitude that I was given. If nothing is done. I will be posting all over social media about this. Inline image

I just left this place and the service that I received was very poor! First time here and I will not be coming back. The young girl that works there didn’t even welcome us in and we were the only one’s there. After purchasing our cupcakes I asked her if we can sit and eat our cupcakes there because the seats were up. She said yea “um wait no” because I literally just cleaned the tables so yea no. Mind you they close at 8pm and it had just hit 7pm. Very rude, treat your customers better!

The cupcakes here are AMAZING! I don’t know why I never knew this place was here. I had the sticky fingers and the Golden mellow cupcakes and they were delicious! Moist cupcakes with delicious cream. It’s a cute shop and the young lady was very nice. The only thing is I wish they were little bigger for the price.

I am super disappointed with this location. I went today to get 2 cupcakes, got to work to eat one on my lunch break and the entire bottom is soggy. I could barely get it out of the box. Sure enough both cupcakes are completely soggy and absolutely the worst cupcakes I've ever encountered in my life. There's also a hair in the birthday surprise cupcakes. These cost way too much to be this terrible.
Outstanding

I am probably a bit of a cake snob. I expect a moist cake and flavorful icing. My first visit to Gigi's, I got half a dozen cupcakes- each a different flavor. (Only two were flavors I went it intending to purchase. The other four were not available.) Some were moist, some were not.For me, there is way too much icing and it is too sweet, so I scraped off about 3/4 of it. They call it buttercream, but taste and texture are similar to decorator's frosting which is shelf stable and holds its shape really well because it is made with shortening and confectioner's sugar. Unfortunately, it also has a gritty texture and can leave a greasy film in the mouth. It is very useful for making decorations, but should be used sparingly.True buttercream is silky in texture because it is sweetened with granulated sugar that has been completely dissolved as it is cooked. It is also made with real butter, which melts quickly in your mouth. Naturally, it is more expensive than decorator icing, so I suppose it shouldn't be a surprise this is what is used.Anyway, back to the cupcakes; one flavor (warm & cozy) stood out from the others. It was a unique combination of flavors and it was delicious. A couple of weeks later, I returned with a list of flavors I had gotten from their website including the warm & cozy. Surprise! Not a single flavor on my list was available. I was told that the warm & cozy was a seasonal flavor they had quit offering it a week earlier. The girl behind the counter asked me where I had gotten the flavors that were on my list (and not in the store). I told her their website, to which she replied, "Oh, those are just a suggestion of what we can offer, but each store decides locally what we make." Fine, but I searched for what is available at THIS LOCATION. Since the flavors they had were just the same as what they had before, I left empty-handed. I will give her some credit, she tried to steer me toward their cheesecakes since they had none of the cupcakes I came in for. Sadly, we are not fans of cheesecake. It kept us from wasting all that frosting we would have scraped off in order to enjoy the cupcake.

OMG!!! WOW LADIES!!!! I ordered the strawberry cheesecake cup cakes and it was absolutely Devine! It was PERFECT! I am so picky about cheesecake I usually only will eat it if my mom makes it but I do believe you got her best!! Keep up the great work!! If you've never tried Gigi's I suggest you do!!!

I was considering purchasing cupcakes for a charity dinner and fundraiser. I purchased a 4 count of the minis for samples and found them adequate but nothing exceptional. I won't be paying $50/dz for these cupcakes.
Always Fresh
Not sure what is wrong with this gigis cupcake but it was a dud. Will not order again. The Oreo tasted like plastic and the red velvet cake part was so mushy.
One of the best cupcakes I've ever had! The girl at the counter was very nice!
