Hideout is go to spot for a fresh burger! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars because recently they changed their fried pickles to thinner pickles and they mostly taste like salty breading than the actual pickles.

The counter lady was great .I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese- no bun. it was extremely dry, tough like shoe leather,overcooked and thin and uncutable. I could not chew or swallow it. Finally I interrupted the manager who was playing on laptop in a booth to refund the cost of the uneaten plate. He informed me he would only replace it. Then he says we don’t guarantee the quality of our food even though you didn’t eat it! Do you see a sign? We are not obligated to refund your money. So I asked him why would I take on a replacement. We live far away and I will never go back. Place is absolutely awful and the portions are much smaller and less quality at higher prices

Whew we! These burgers and fries were SO GOOD! I had the Blue Burger and it was delicious, hot and a good size patty. Came fast, restaurant was clean and quiet. Definitely a must.
Tonight I thought I'd try a restaurant in Mansfield that I have never tried and my decision to eat here was the BEST!
This SPOT is FIRE! I'm typically not a fan of Burgers but I ate theirs and enjoyed EVERY BITE.

Very clean restaurant with plenty of seating. I got the blue cheese bacon burger and tastes awesome. The fries are seasoned well and not over salty. Half vanilla and half chocolate milkshake. High quality food. Great customer service. Food came out hot, fast and fresh🍟 🍔

We are long time and frequent customers, and usually I would give them a 4 or 5 across the board, but the 3 star review is because of one person, presumably the co-owner or co-manager. Normally, the customer service is very good, but recently, any complaint about an order, no matter how politely delivered, is met with anger from the co-manager. I have seen and been told but never experienced it until today. Today, my husband's order was incorrect. It was an honest mistake. They gave him the same side as mine, but that wasn't what he ordered. He orders exactly the same thing every time, so it's not as though he just misspoke. However, when my husband politely told her about the mistake, she went on the defensive, declaring that he got what he ordered, not once but several times. My husband politely but firmly stood his ground, and eventually he got his corrected order. However, it put a damper on our Mother's Day lunch. Customer service is important.
