went in with my son we were completely ignored. I thought maybe if we sat down somebody would acknowledge that we were actually there to eat no instead they had a big top and immediately took their drinks while we sat there so we got up and left.

From the moment I walked in the server had a bit of an attitude. I was given plastic instead of regular utensils and everyone had regular. I was given a dirty cup with jelly inside of the Dr. Pepper I had ordered (never had jelly and also advised her she gave me a dirty cup. By far the worse dining experience ever. Going to just avoid. (I ordered food and wasn’t just there for free pancake for NPD. Also servers were upset that customers were coming in.

Food and our waitress Tes were great. Tes had a slight mix up where we thought we were missing hashbrowns, she went to have some made. A moment later a woman walked over to our table and started to stare at our food and then look disappointed. Then I realized she looked at a receipt and still with no introduction to us- the customers- she told the waitress it was her fault and not nicely. Management usually introduces themselves rather than walking over to tables and staring at food of strangers like you're judging them. She then rudely said she'd make our .20 hashbrowns. We praised the waitress for her service and apologized she had scrutiny from such a rude and unprofessional manager. Jennifer is the managers name. Perhaps new management would bring up this 3.7 rating? 🤷♀️

Update: The manager saw this review and made things better. He sent me and my family a coupon for a free meal for us. He came out the next time we came and shook my hand and talked with my family. Definitely visit this restaurant!
Food was absolutely amazing!!! First time at Ihop that my family ate everything that was on their plate. Unfortunately, our waitress was horrible. My daughter ran out of water before the food came and the waitress never offered to refill it. When I asked for the bill I noticed that my other daughter's meal price was still on there even though kids eat free after 4pm. The waitress said she didn't know that I wanted the discount. It's unfortunate that the experience was so bad because the food was so good.

I don't know what happened to ihop. I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs. The chicken fried steak was worse than a tv dinner steak and the eggs were runny. Service took 2 hours despite no one being in the restaurant which was the worst part considering it was a school night. Won't be returning for a follow up due to the quality of food. The one pro; The waitress was nice.

2 out of the last 3 experiences have been horrible. Made a to-go order this evening, received my order without any condiments or utensils. I asked for both including some of the flavored syrup. The staff disappeared to the back and never brought out what I requested. The restaurant was empty so it was really no excuse.

I asked for over medium egg and instead got a over cooked egg . Like the yellow was cooked and not runny at all .. next time I will have to explain.. to busy to have them replace it so I just dealt with it and ate it . Kinda felt like I was eating a boiled egg. 😩
This location gets busy, and you can immediately tell why because the service is immaculate.
Never been to this location, but Shar at the front counter is incredibly funny, welcoming, and makes customers feel appreciated.
I had the Cinn-a-stack combo and smoked sausage and the food was great too and well cooked, but the service? The staff here collectively has any other IHOP beat.

The eggs were overcooked. The cook can't do sunny side up eggs with the white of the eggs being fully done and still have the yoke runny. Scrambled eggs were burnt. I wanted to go back to cooking over this.
