Did Uber eats curly fries way too burnt called up there got no answer. Then when they finally answered the phone talking about let me call you back in five minutes. Would not recommend this place to a homeless person

This Jack in the Box is close by, which makes it super convenient. The service wasn’t bad — the staff were nice and seemed busy but focused on getting orders out, not just standing around. The food itself was kinda mid; the meats were on the dry side, but I’m not super picky, so it was fine. The place could’ve been a bit cleaner, though. It’s a nice environment overall, and if they kept it spotless, I think more people would come by. The soda machine was missing a few options, but the good ones were there and tasted right, so no complaints there. I’ll be back — not perfect, but decent and convenient.

All I wanted was some fresh hot coffee (that taste like coffee and not more milk after only one creamer) and a hot sandwich. And I got watered down coffee and a half made breakfast sandwich. Obviously we appreciate the convenience of fast food but these days it's not really worth it.
Ended up getting home to dumped it and made a fresh pot...

Stopped by to grab some food during the busy work schedule. I was given the completely wrong burger. As the ice melted in my drink, I noticed a chewed piece of gum at the bottom. This is completely unacceptable. It is negligent and tampering of food.

Service was great, food was not. My burger tasted bad, my kid order egg rolls and they were burnt and tasted stale. My husband said call the store and let them know but the call goes to a mailbox that is full. They only food that we ate were the tacos and French fries we all shared. I do not want a replacement or refund. Just do better ,please.

Jack in the Box is a reliable go-to when you’re craving variety and late-night eats. I appreciate the wide menu. Whether you’re in the mood for tacos, burgers, breakfast, or something in between, they’ve got you covered. The food is usually fresh, and I’ve had good experiences with the staff being quick and polite. It’s not gourmet, but for fast food, it hits the spot. Great place when you just want something quick, tasty, and convenient.

Craving some tacos from Jack in the box. At the drive thru, we placed our order and well, seems like a language issue. We ordered 8 tacos, 2 curly fries, classic mozzarella sticks and Nashville hot popcorn chicken. Instead we got, 8 tacos, 1 curly fries, Nashville hot mozzarella sticks and popcorn chicken. Yup, not exactly what we ordered. The curly fries and tacos were good as usual, but was hoping to try the classic mozzarella with some marinara sauce, but got the Nashville hot and ranch sauce instead. The sticks were ok. Not that melted and was super saturated in the sauce. Not a fan of that. But the popcorn chicken was pretty good.

Was there today 05/04 1:15am, in the drive thru when nobody answered in the intercom (was reading the menu for 2 minutes i said ā€œhelloā€) there was 3 cars in front of me not busy at all. I pulled to the window, apologized because I don’t know if I was suppose to order in the window or in the intercom, since nobody answered the intercom. I ask one lady in the window and she said ā€œYou were supposed to wait, I was gonna take your orderā€ A normal service would be ā€œI’ll take your order in just a secondā€ but nothing. Lady closes the window in my face. Great service! and very good ā€œattitudeā€
