The last time I visited Jake's is most likely the last time I go there. I went in because I wanted a turkey burger after a late work session. Food was hot, and as I lifted my burger up, up came a long string of hair. I was so, so hungry and very disappointed. Personally, I think it should be a law for anyone who works around food should have a hair covering.

This location is not nearly as good as the one in Frisco. Highly highly recommend that location. Food here was ok. Service was ok. Just was not the same as the downtown version and that was a huge disappointment. Kind of has Applebee's vibes.

I've been a die hard fan of Jake's for years now, and their cheese curds are a personal favorite out of any I've had in the metroplex. I highly recommend Jake's, and the only reason I don't give a full 5 stars across the board is they stopped offering their potato bun for their burgers as a non-poppy seed option. The remaining bun that you have to choose from takes away from the burger imo. Still a great place! Just wish they would bring the old bun back!

I went here with a friend of mine than has been here several times, after mens bible class. And I must say it was well worth it. The waitress Cynthia it was her first day and she was phenomenal. Keep up the great work Cynthia. Definately will be back.

This was my first time eating here! There was no waiting time, server came to us right away and food came out fast . The burgers were really good and what we liked the most was the sweet potatoes with the marshmallows dipping. It was mind blowing because I was not expecting the sweet potatoes fries and the dip to go that well together . I will definitely will be coming back for those. Atmosphere was good, not super crowded for a Saturday evening. 10 out 10. 100% recommended ???

VERY slow service initially. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, he apologized and assigned a waiter. He also comped us an appetizer which was kind. The prices are expensive for mediocre food.
