Ordered delivery. Salad was delicious, fresh, and included everything ordered. Baked potato was delicious, fresh, warm and had everything ordered. I keep stating we got what we ordered because when we have ordered from other restaurants lately we do not get that kind of service. We have always had great experiences with this location. Glad to know we still can.

The Food was great and it was ready when I arrived. It was after the lunch rush, so several tables had not been bussed and many more not cleaned. Enjoyed my meal and a free ice cream after. The only complaint is $3+ for a drink. I almost decided just to drink water, but decided to enjoy my meal with sweet tea

The manager, Ms. Mo is ABSOLUTELY outstanding! I appreciate her professionalism! My daughter told her I had a procedure done today and was unable to get out of the car, she was kind enough to come out to say hello and brought my food to the car! She went up and above customer service, she added a personal touch! I'm touched 🫶🤎

They need help over here. The young people working there didn't have the motivation, or the interest. And the food was incorrectly made, half-assed and high. We didn't even try to get ice cream, we just left lol. Won't be going back in anytime soon.

Okay we been going to Jasons deli since 2004. They used to be right next to Parks Mall. The one in Mansfield has been open a few years and until recently the quality is crap. We went on Saturday June 21. Hardly no crowd since it was 2pm. We ordered 4 meals. We waited 30mins for our food which was ridiculous. Got my order and it was messed up again. Every time we come they mess up my wrap. Ask for no onions no tomatoes and they still add onions even the receipt shows my order. So they remake it take another 10mins. Total time now for my food has been 40mins plus. I get my wrap and this thing has hardly no chicken. Compared to the first one they gave me. I am paying customer and clearly someone was mad they had to remake it. Took it back showed the employee and even she agreed that was not how those wraps look. Asked for Manager and here is where it gets annoying. She argues with me, tells me chicken is precooked and placed in a bag for serving portions. Asked her again, does this look like a decent portion or a kids meal? She argued again, at this point told her we are long time customers and location on i-20 never does this. She kept arguing, very unprofessional and barely looks like she has any management experience. Was done with her and this store. Asked for refund on my wrap. Please go I-20 location, this one has gone to gutter cuz of management.

Cashier rude and slow. Waited about 4 minutes before my order was taken. When I asked a question to the second person a third person rudely answered my question. I paid $30 for rudeness
