I have been coming to this location specifically for 8 years and order pretty much the same items. One of those is the managers special with a half club Royale and the cup of pot pie soup with the puff pastry.

I have also frequented the Midtown (FTW) location for the past two years for lunch. And ordered the pot pie soup both ways cup or bowl. And always received the full puff pastry square. Sometimes order an extra one due to liking them so much.

NEVER and I mean NEVER have I received a “quarter” of the puff pastry for a cup of soup.

Has Jason’s really befallen on such hard times that they now offer an oversized crouton with a cup of pot pie soup? What an absolute joke.

And the best part about it was when I called to ask about it, the girl Kamesha or Lakeisha whatever her name was tried to say it has always been like that.

Uh NO MA’AM, IT HASNT and I’ve never seen you in all the 8 years I’ve been coming there, so good try. She then puts someone, who has only been there for 2 months, yes, Two MONTHS, on the phone to explain to me that it has always been that way… “well, at least as long as I’ve been here”, is what she says.

I love this location! I’m a big fan of the chipotle chicken Avacado sandwich and my food is always spectacular! Today I was running out of time for my lunch especially considering the lunch rush they get I was scared I would not have enough time to order and wait for my meal - well thankfully this location helped me from starving - I called placed a dine in order and sure enough they allowed me after checking in with their manager Monica- Monica thank you your the best ! The kitchen staff are so sweet and the lady’s in front who take your order are the best! THANK YOU EVERYONE AT JASONS DELI!

I am.not sure why you have a breakfast menu if you are not going to serve it. Went thru the drive thru to order and sat for 3 minutes. I drove up to the window and didnt see anyone. I parked and went to the door and a girl opened the locked door. I asked are you serving breakfast? Uhhhh, yeah. I said is your drive thru open and she said we just got an $18000 truck we are trying to put up. I said well nevermind. I dont care if you got $20 truck. This is horrible customer service. You probably should just take thr breakfast menu down.

First time dining at a Jason's. While not my favorite genre of restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised. I was very satisfied with my food. The others in our group were all also very satisfied. I would definitely recommend Jason's and specifically this location if you are in the mood for this genre. This facility was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I came in Saturday drive-thru I was the only customer at the time, it took over 10 minutes to get my order, because the staff a group of 4 girls were talking & chitchatting about nothing. I finally asked the cashier how much longer? Other than that the food was good.
