Jersey Mike's Subs

2-3 times a week I come to Jersey Mike to eat almost always the same but no matter what you get - you always get freshly delicious deli meat and there is something for everybody's taste.

I've been here several times and pleased every time. The subs are good as are the chips. The cookie, not so much only because I think Subway chocolate chip cookies in my memory are the best and others don't compare in my opinion.

Incompetent workers

I came in to get my complimentary birthday sub. The policy has changed so I was just going to pay for it. Justin said he'll take care of it, what he didn't know was I'm grieving the death of a sibling and small things are difficult to do sometimes. I really appreciate Jersey Mike's for caring about people, rather than making a dollar. I'll definitely be back more often.

I’ve been a regular at this location and usually the service is decent. However, this morning’s experience left a bad taste. When I began placing my order, the Hispanic woman at the counter gave me an attitude and a dirty look — I assume because she wasn’t ready. But it seemed like she told me to go ahead, and with how loud the store was and their usual process of not writing orders down, I started speaking as I normally do.
When I let her know I couldn’t hear her clearly, her tone shifted and she was more polite. Still, the initial interaction was uncalled for and unprofessional. Sadly, I won’t be returning after this.

I really like these sandwiches, even better than subway. They are fresher, taste better, and are filling. Try them out you'll like them.

On April 5, at 7pm. My brother and I came in and we got the worst service ever!
Nobody smile, they didn’t confirm if everything on my brother sandwich was okay. There was no care taken.

What younexpect from jersey. Service was good and fast. Food was top notch. Great location.

Always place an online order to pickup within 15. Can't go wrong with pretty much any sub, they're all quite tasty and worth it. My go-to is a #13 Mikes way!

I am writing to express my frustration with my recent experiences at this location, as my orders have been repeatedly prepared incorrectly—over six times now. For my most recent order, I requested a Club Supreme, which is supposed to include roast beef, turkey, smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I specified a substitution of mustard for mayo and added jalapeños. However, the sandwich I received only had ham, no lettuce, and an excessive amount of mustard.

When I called to address this issue, the person who answered stated, “I remember that order; you didn’t ask for that, you just asked for mustard and jalapeños.” I know it is possible to watch the sandwiches being prepared, but since I had two other sandwiches being made, I stepped away momentarily.

I believe the customer service in this instance was handled poorly. Mistakes happen, but they should be met with accountability and professionalism. I would appreciate it if the staff were better trained to ensure order accuracy and to address customer concerns respectfully.

Today's visit was exceptionally underwhelming. Super unfriendly staff wrapped up in gossiping about customers including my wife is Spanish.
That was my last visit.

The Sunday morning team tries really hard! Great hot kahuna sandwich. Meat was fresh and cooked perfectly. Lots of veggies.
