I give them a 0 if I could. 3 employees standing behind counter talking about random BS stuff told them I was ready completely blew me off. So it’s simple walked out and will never go back.

I want to give this store more stars, I really do. Unfortunately, Jersey Mike's seems to have discontinued the meatball sub. When you do something, and do it well, then discontinue that thing that you do well, you're going to lose a lot of customer faith.

Ordered a sandwich and told them no ranch or mayonaise and blonde lady who did not fix my sandwich was paying attention but her coworker apparently did not and ruined my meal by putting mayo or ranch on my meal. Make it a point to get them to check it again to insure order is correct.

It was my birthday yesterday so my mom wanted to buy me a jersey Mikes sub because she knows I eat their subs often. We went to this location by her house. I go to Jersey mikes once a week in hurst and Fort Worth with never an issue.. the boy making the sandwich was so rude because I wanted more onions and embarrassed me in front of the other customers and the people I was with saying I had enough on there when In fact , it wasn’t enough for me… I told him I wanted more and he said he couldn’t give more than 5 onions.. I ordered the biggest club sub so for the price I was paying I’m sure I should be able to get some onions.. I’ve never had a problem at any other sub restaurant .. so after he continues to embarrass and argue with me I told him I want it mikes way . Then I realized the people I was there with were being embarrassed because they said they didn’t take $100 bills.. so we finally got change and paid & the cashier couldn’t count the correct change so the other boy had to come help him. I get to my truck and look at my sub and realize they did not do it mikes way and forgot my bacon on my club. I went back in embarrassed again to even have to deal with them anymore and the only boy that wasn’t arguing with us fixed it with no problem while the other 3 rolled their eyes …I have never ever had to deal with such rudeness or embarrassment from any other Jersey mikes.. I have over 16,000 followers on Facebook and I will be letting them know not to come to this location.. Happy birthday to me.. teach your staff some manners

Guy with man bun and mask not on mouth and when I ask for name he mumble out something like "road land" my English not very so i no know what he was saying very well but took very much to get sandwich and was not much pleased.

Horrible customer service! My family and I visited this place last night and the two male employees were very rude. We walked in, stood at the counter and both guys were having a conversation (amongst themselves), looking at their Mobile phone and laughing and talking as if we weren’t there. We stood at the counter about 2 minutes, so after no acknowledgment, I decided to greet them instead, which one of them (probably manager in charge) refused to speak and walked in the back…very rude! Food was good but employees, very unprofessional!
