The absolute worst experience I have had at a jersey mikes. Iris got my order wrong, made it difficult to order a number 13. Easily the most incompetent employee I have ever come across. I have never had a fast food employee laugh at me condescendingly while inappropriately flirting with her fellow employees. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced she is unbelievably awful

Upon entering I was greeted with with an awesome welcome!!!! From Don, Preston,and Jace .The clean and vibrant setting,soft music playing- my favorite tunes -made this an amazing.
When I placed my order, which included a drink and sandwich -they offered potato chips, They took my order promptly, asked me how I wanted my sandwich. I appreciated that they made a extra effort- like repeating the order
The cleanliness of the restaurant was massively clean and they take pride in a clean restaurant These 3 guys are amazing and welcomed me back to Texas

Slow and incompetent Stood in like for 10 minutes like I wasn't even there. 4 worthless employees were standing around. 1 woman was cleaning, while 3 little boys were standing together staring into each other's eyes. 1 little guy was making 6 sandwiches. Walked out and will never go back. Owner should fire half of his staff to save himself some money.

I give them a 0 if I could. 3 employees standing behind counter talking about random BS stuff told them I was ready completely blew me off. So it’s simple walked out and will never go back.

I want to give this store more stars, I really do. Unfortunately, Jersey Mike's seems to have discontinued the meatball sub. When you do something, and do it well, then discontinue that thing that you do well, you're going to lose a lot of customer faith.

Ordered a sandwich and told them no ranch or mayonaise and blonde lady who did not fix my sandwich was paying attention but her coworker apparently did not and ruined my meal by putting mayo or ranch on my meal. Make it a point to get them to check it again to insure order is correct.
