Just want to give props to the staff at this location. Every time I order from this location they never disappoint. The staff is super friendly and always have smiles on. I wish I knew all of their names so I could give them all a shout out. Chelsea is the bomb.

I placed a delivery order, wasn’t told over the phone there will be a delivery, was surprised that an Uber driver was delivering my food and the two gargantuan sandwich one was not the same size.

So frustrated with the experience from this location. The catering order was made 2 hours early, and one of the sandwiches was tuna. I requested 3 large bowls and I received 13 individual cups. I requested mustard and mayo packs and didn’t receive them. I had to ask them to remake the sandwiches due to how early they were made, they seemed annoyed with that. Who wants to eat bread on a sandwich that has sat for 2 hours, especially tuna? I love Jimmy John’s and have been to multiple locations and many times, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I spent over $300 tonight for disappointment.

I'm not sure why the tips seem mandatory but I tipped and still didn't have meat or the extra Avocado on my sandwich. I am not impressed with the service or the tip shakedown.

I order frequently, and usually have no issues. The past two times I’ve ordered have been horrible. For one, they refuse to update the tracker. How is it taking 40 minutes for my order to “be on the way” and then no one confirms the delivery? Why am I requesting napkins as well as mayo packets and not receiving it? Why isn’t my sandwich being made correctly? Between today and yesterday I’ve spent nearly $40 and I wasn’t happy with either experience. This store is going downhill.

I feel sorry for somebody who can’t put a Sandwich and napkins in a bag and hand it out to a customer. It’s a task so easy that a monkey could do it. And This is actually twice that this has happened to me at Jimmy John’s at two different locations 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Ordered some catering for an event, the staff did not have it ready at designated time, in fact the seemed not to care and took 43 minutes extra to prepare it. Will never return. If you Value your time, don't shop here.
