UPDATE: 7/26/2025 thank you, KFC for taking my complaint and review seriously and updating the signage at the KFC. I just saw yesterday that the sign now states what time the lobby closes. You were the only company that I have made a review or complaint to that has even responded or fix the issue. So thank you so much!!! Truly shows the type of company this is and they actually care what their customer say. ❤️❤️❤️ not sure about the actual location as most of the employees are not very friendly but it shows corporate cares!
Came at 9:07pm to pickup a GrubHub order and the doors are locked. Hours of operation state that on Friday and Saturday they are open until 10:30pm. It does not state that the lobby closes at any specific time.

Ordered with the kfc app, 6 piece chicken deal original recipe that includes 4 small sides. Also 4 jumbo hot wings. Upon arrival I am informed they do not offer the hot wings at this location. My chicken was an undercooked attempt at crispy chicken. All 4 sides were wrong. I was offered 3 crispy chicken stripe to substitute for the hot wings and did not even receive THEM! I will never again do business with the Mansfield location .

Very Rude Customer Service. The African American woman at the drive thru window was very rude and condescending. Like honestly, isn't cuatomer service apart of the job requirement? KFC is not a place that I frequent often and she was very snippy with me asking questions about select menu items, Cutting me off while I was speaking and it's very ignorant behavior. I was so flustered with the engagement I was receiving and trying to review the menu. This was not a pleasant experience for me. I ended up not ordering and leaving the establishment. I am an Auditor for Fast Food Chains and Grocery Stores. Had this been on my agenda today the service would have been a fail. Do better.

Ordered some fries and wing, at first I thought the sign said 2.49 large fries then they say if you order a meal you get fries for 2.49 lol 😆 ok so I get my fries chicken wing, guy at window always looks like he,s in the twilight zone I wanted some ketchup with my fries before I could ask he closed the window and walked away pretty fast, normally they will ask did you need any ketchup sauce anything but since I didn't want the large fries with a meal maybe he was upset. I'm a customer I have every right to change my mind I could of said forget it and go somewhere else I paid more for a little ass wing that I could of swallowed like taking a pill it was so small 2.99 ridiculous. No wander I don't go to KFC like before they neaver run good specials anymore chickens to darn high Tuesday they have that 10 dollar bucket of fat and half done chicken 🐔 😄 I'm done ✔️

Dirty, RUDE and don't even use the app it will not tell you that they are understaffed, out of food and will only provide a HORRIBLE experience. This is about the best location we have been to, food is way better than other locations. It's hot and not as oily as other locations and service is friendly and quick. Although the local location is 5 minutes away we drove nearly 20 minutes to this location. Well worth the drive.
