I am writing to express my significant displeasure with the food I received from your restaurant last week. The chicken was noticeably dry, and the ends were unpleasantly chewy. Furthermore, the bread was soggy due to the pickles, and overall, nothing about the meal tasted fresh. No wonder No one was in the drive thru. At 5pm in the evening? Yeah, something is wrong

I stopped in for the 8-piece meal and had an excellent visit. Manager Lashanna ran a tight ship with exceptional customer service, and Adrian and Arron—along with the rest of the crew—were welcoming and efficient. Service was quick, the order was accurate, and everything came out hot and tasty. Wonderful service all around! Great job 👏🏾

I pulled up to the drive through and a woman said “order when ready”. After I paused to decide what I wanted she got impatient. I tried to order a 30 count nugget and was told they don’t have that, it’s online. I asked her to hold for a minute while I picked something else. She proceeds to say “y’all going to pull up the the drive through and don’t know what you want? Look at the menu” in a very sarcastic and nasty tone. I drove away without ordering and went to Chick-fil-A. There were several people who were in the car who witnessed this being said. When I got home I called to speak to the manager (Katherine) who then tried to argue with me that she didn’t hear it being said and it didn’t happen. So me and all of my passengers lied and I just called for the fun of it?! She kept saying “you sure it’s the Mansfield store?!” Ok, so not only am I liar and deaf but I don’t even know the only kfc in my town lmao. 1/10 experience, stay away.

Never fresh chicken on Tuesdays.. I think they store the cooked chicken from Wed-Mon and sell it on Tuesday..
Chicken was doble cooked.... worst food never going back.

UPDATE: 7/26/2025 thank you, KFC for taking my complaint and review seriously and updating the signage at the KFC. I just saw yesterday that the sign now states what time the lobby closes. You were the only company that I have made a review or complaint to that has even responded or fix the issue. So thank you so much!!! Truly shows the type of company this is and they actually care what their customer say. ❤️❤️❤️ not sure about the actual location as most of the employees are not very friendly but it shows corporate cares!
Came at 9:07pm to pickup a GrubHub order and the doors are locked. Hours of operation state that on Friday and Saturday they are open until 10:30pm. It does not state that the lobby closes at any specific time.

Ordered with the kfc app, 6 piece chicken deal original recipe that includes 4 small sides. Also 4 jumbo hot wings. Upon arrival I am informed they do not offer the hot wings at this location. My chicken was an undercooked attempt at crispy chicken. All 4 sides were wrong. I was offered 3 crispy chicken stripe to substitute for the hot wings and did not even receive THEM! I will never again do business with the Mansfield location .
