The young woman in bakery went out of her way for us on our cake order, she also has excellent customer service in my opinion, I didn't get her name and I wish I had, however she made an lasting impression on me. Thank you

Stood in Line for 20 minutes with several people also behind me and ONLY self checkout open. Went before 9:00 in the evening and not ONE employee ran lane available with over 30 people standing in line waiting to check out. Customer service is Dead at this place. Will go to Market Street from now on.

If you want your groceries in a decent amount of time, just get them yourself!! I was given a slot of 4-5 pm. It's now 8 AM THE NEXT DAY and my groceries still aren't ready. When I called about my order, I was told they couldn't give me an estimate of when they'd have my order ready. I just canceled it. This is not the first time this has happened but it'll definitely be the last. I'll NEVER use the service with Kroger again! AND THIS IS WHY so many businesses are losing money to Amazon! I've ordered groceries from Amazon a few times and it's been delivered exactly when they say. Kroger can't even have the groceries ready for my to PICK UP on time. Ridiculous!
