Kroger Marketplace is located on E Broad in Mansfield, Tx, serving up the community with fresh fruits, vegetables, quality meats, and more, such as clothing items and kitchen appliances. Kroger is easily accessible in a large shopping parking lot with ample parking for every guest, and they do a real good job in returning the carts right back into the store, preventing dings and dents to your beloved vehicle. I usually come here to pick out a couple of stuff I would need for the week but end up leaving with a whole shopping cart. The deals they have are second to none, and sometimes you just can't pass up a great offer. I would first say to download the Kroger app and become a rewards member to get the best bang for your buck! For every dollar you spend, you will get 1 point, and once you reach 100 points, that is 10 cents off a gallon of gas on one of the many gas locations that support Krogers reward program. Second, you can add digital coupons offered only to exclusive Kroger reward members for amazing deals and offers. They have everything you need here to get through the week. The bakery is always baking fresh bread and cookies, and they even have freshly baked pretzels. The deli department has a wonderful display of deli meats and prepackaged meals for every working person whose time is precious. They have a great beer and wine selection, where they carry local craft beer and will even let you build your 6 pack. This Kroger has an extensive selection for pet food, and the prices are unbeatable compared to the local businesses nearby. They also sell kitchen appliances ranging from instant pots, cookware, and kitchen utensils. They sell clothes and also have a Kids small toy aisle as well. The ambiance and environment they set almost feel as if you were in a superstore! This is my go-to store when shopping for everyday essentials. The employees are always nice and friendly and are eager to help and provide assistance when needed. I understand that sometimes the lines might be long, and the cashiers are short-handed, but I honestly believe that's the way the world is moving now with the self check out machines. Overall, it's a good store to pick up your everyday essentials in life and go on with your day.

This is the absolutely WORST managed Kroger I have ever been in! Every single time I've ever come in here, no cashiers, no workers, line wrapped around the building to checkout! It's why I quit coming here but made the poor decision to stop in today! Never again! Do NOT shop here!

WORST PICK UP LOCATION EVER! I have used Kroger in cedar hill for years never have these issues. Constantly being over charged. Never honoring sale prices or coupons then saying they can't see it on their end.

I purchased a MasterCard gift card at the Kroger on Broad Street this morning for $130 when I get home to register it I was informed that this number had already been used. Even though the card was still in its wrapper I contacted Kroger customer service and they sent me to a different number. The person at that number said that once you purchase a gift card from Kroger, it cannot your money cannot be refunded. You have to go to MasterCard to get your money back which could take 7 to 10 business days. It is ridiculous that I can't go back to a store where I purchased this gift card with the receipt in hand and not get my refund for something at the store sales. Their customer service has always been subpar now it is beyond ridiculous.

I'm being generous giving 1 star. This is the most poorly managed establishment. Over the last 2 to 3 years, I have tried the grocery pick up several times, and every single time, they call because they cannot fulfill the order on time. I understand once or twice, but this is unacceptable. When the calls come in, the employees act like they are doing me a favor and really couldn't care less. I will not continue to support a business with such poor management and customer service. I'm glad we have other options nearby, as well as Amazon groceries (which have never been late or out of stock).

Terrible terrible store. Curbside is always running behind. I consistently find that they forget to give me several items. About two grocery bags worth of items. Pick up is supposed to make things convenient but it's not convenient to have to ask for refunds all the time and make several trips to the store. Do not shop here.

Only getting 1 star because I can't give zero. Store has steadily declined since opening. Parking lot is filled with trash and stored doesn't look clean inside. Check out is a joke, never lines open. Don't ever try to use ClickList because it takes 2 days to get your order. Placed an order with 4 items with a pick up 6.5 hours later and got a call saying it would be ready until the next day. If they can't fill the orders then don't show open pick up slots. Shop anywhere but here

Don't bother placing on online/mobile order, it will likely be cancelled or a day late. If you shop in person be prepared to use self checkout or wait in a long line for a cashier and bag your own groceries.

My husband had asked me repeatedly why I continue to shop here. He said they never have anything stocked and the fruit and vegetables always look really bad. I always advised it was closer, however, I have learned my lesson. I was making a purchase and the cashier advised me that my purchase could not be purchased separately. I advised her I had purchased it this way before. She went and got another lady who said we have never sold the individual item. I than advised her I had bought it as an individual from this store over the holidays with no problem. She went on to argue with me and I purchased the remainder of my items and left. Very unprofessional, she could have said I had never known it to be sold that way, but unfortunately our system won't allow us to do that anymore. Please train your staff on how to engage with customers professionally.

Poor service all the time! Fix your fan in the middle of the store! It's so loud and obnoxious. Bad produce, empty shelves, rude cashiers. I have mostly stopped shopping here, there is great service across the street and you can have a cup of beer or wine while you shop. Bye Kroger!!

Checkout management on Sunday afternoon is not good. Call more checkers up when the lines are crazy long.

How is this even okay? Like it's common sense this does not look appetizing nor does it make people want to buy it .

In terms of product variety and arrangement, Kroger Marketplace is above average. However, on 4/28/2022 at around 08AM only Self Checkouts were open. There was only one assistant to help those who are new in the country like myself. She was visibly over worked and irritated when I asked for her help. She came to assist grudgingly and never waited to confirm if I had used the Self-Checkout machine correctly. That particular assistant should be more welcoming when clients are trying to understand how to checkout as some people can be new in the country!

I always prefer to drive farther to HEB and the kroger in midlothian. This place is always out of stock, never staffed, and the ones that are working are busy chatting standing rather then helping the customers check out or bag their items. The manager is the role model so i am not surprised. He was busy standing in front of the strawberries blocking the way to them for over 20minutes with the restocking cart along with another employee rather than letting him restock and move out of the way for us to get to the strawberries. I had to squeeze in front of them and said oh no let me stop you when i jammed myself in front and they didn't care and continued to talk. They never have eggs, milk, vegetables, not even the more expensive organic ones, and their bakery items be careful because more than once i have bought EXPIRED products. Someone call the health inspectors.
