Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered 6 items for delivery, only received 3. Apparently Door Dash is used for delivery not Little Caesars employees. I could not get in touch with Door Dash driver about missing items, and I called Little Ceasars 5 times, got put on hold for over 15 mins three times, hung up on the 4th time, interrupted in the middle of asking for a manager on the 5th call and put on hold again for another 15mins. The last person to answer the phone said if I’m being placed on hold it’s because the manager is not answering his calls. I never got any help from a single employee even after asking to speak to a manager about looking into my order. Worst experience I’ve ever had with pizza delivery will never order from this location again. I used the last of my money before pay day to enjoy my night off after 3 12 hr days of work and this experience ruined my whole evening. The staff was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful and avoiding helping me at all. Will be telling everyone I know about this awful experience with this little ceasars location.

They literately have one job. Cut the god damn pizza it’s not that hard that’s all you get paid to do. Just went there and got a pizza and this is the second time that they haven’t cut the pizza all the way though.

I’ve had Little Caesar’s plenty of times and I’ve never been more disappointed as I am tonight. My grandson told me that he didn’t see any sauce on the pizza, and he was right. There’s literally no sauce on this pizza, it basically tastes like we’re eating cheese bread. Little Caesars needs to make this right or I will never order from them again.

If I could leave no stars I would. The customer service from an employee named Robert was the WORST over a thin crust cheese pizza.
He was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I have already completed a customer service survey. Next to speak with manager and notify corporate.

Went here tonight to order a pizza or get a hot and ready. I was told they only have crazy bread and that will not make another or a custom pizza for me. Skip this location go to the one down the street on camp wisdom never had a problem there.

I love how quick and convenient this location is. They have great service. We got there shortly after opening and had to wait about 10 minutes for 4 pizzas and the employee kindly brought them out to our car.

Website said $6.99 for large pepperoni and cheese pizzas. Got charged $7.99 per pizza. Very unhappy.

Good pizza at a fair price. Make sure to eat it while it's still hot.

Broad Street location was excellent, but the Debbie Lane location was an epic fail. I an sent in a review and called the night I picked up my pizza and have yet to receive a response. Hopefully a manager will contact me now that I have posted here online. I do not want to change rating because, I don't want it to be a reflection of this store, but so that you know, I would give Debbie Lane location a 0.

Never had a bad experience with this business. Orders are always ready in a timely manner.
