Extremely fast, we ordered three pepperoni pizzas and one meat lovers pizza. It was ready within 8 minutes. Even more amazing is it was 33$ for 4 pizzas, whereas Pizza Hut is usually 60$. And in my opinion, has worse and less fulfilling pizza

So much better than the one on Debbie Ln. !! 👍

I had an extremely frustrating experience with General Manager Raul Avila at this location. I placed an order for three pizzas, which my 18-year-old daughter home on college break from Baylor picked up. Unfortunately, only one pickup portal opened, and we received only two pizzas. When I called the next day, as the store was closed when I returned home, Raul acknowledged that we only received two pizzas but blamed my daughter for not noticing that the order was in two portals, despite the email confirmation clearly stating it was in one portal. When I asked if the missing pizza would be replaced, Raul refused, insisting it was my daughter’s responsibility to check the screen. His unwillingness to assist was surprising and disappointing. As a resident of Mansfield, I am truly disheartened to see a manager behave this way. Raul explained that this is how he runs his business and emphasized that he manages several locations. This approach likely explains the similarly poor service at the Debbie Lane location. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Stopped by on a Friday night was very busy, the young girl at the counter was polite and handled the crowd with ease, the pizza was delicious and the bread sticks were too!! Will be back!!

I did a call in order, ( eight kids from 2 to 10). I was rushed first of all in telling my order, I was confusing myself and the guy on the phone and I apologized for the my mess ups. The guys got off the phone yelling to another guy, that he didn't have time for this mess, that he could deal with me abs handed the phone over to someone else, that guy asked him what was wrong and I explained it and he apologized for the other guys behavior. And he took the order greatly and I want to thank him for that. I went ahead and kept the order because of the eight kids and yes we prayed over it before we ate.

Decided to give this place a try. However it was a miss. While the service was good and convenient, the food tasted like it was frozen and under the heat lamp for awhile. Better bread sticks at Pizza Hut.
