I placed an online order at 7:08 am for a 7:30 am pickup. When I arrived, I told the person working I was there for a pickup order. She checked the iPad and said she sees the order now. I was informed that anytime you want to place an order you should call. She said it would take 10 minutes to prepare the bowls.
The online ordering should remove the option to place an order at times that they can’t prepare it.

Went by at 7:16 & although it says they are open the door is locked. Sat in my car for 5 mins waiting on someone to come and unlock and no one ever came.
I see this place already has poor reviews 😆 🤣 😂
Well I got a UberEats delivery for a pickup at this place and the guy told me he'd bring me out the drinks but only the drinks were all individual containers. small jugs or wte. the store should have been competent enough to know to bag the drinks.

I spoke to management today 4/18 & the situation has been rectified. I appreciate the contact & update provided.
I place an order for a one day juice cleanse with overnight shipping. I'm in North Dallas. I still have not received my order. Morgan, who answered the phone at Manna doesn't seem to know much and customer service is extremely lacking. When I called April 15 she reached out to the manager and left a voicemail the manager said they would be shipping it that day. I still have not received my order. I called this morning and asked who I presumed to be Morgan when the manager would be in and said she didn't know, maybe this afternoon.
I noticed another review that mentioned they also had been supporting Manna since day one but it appears that their service is tremendously lacking.

I’ve been a loyal supporter of the Mansfield location since day one but over the last 3-4 online orders, they’re NEVER prepared for pickup. Each time I’ve arrived, the order hasn’t been processed. Definitely taking business to Jamba Juice. At least they’re consistent with the order and always ready when promised. The order for today was ordered at around 11:20 and promised at 11:50, it’s 12:13 and still waiting.

I wanted to stop in and get some juices but after reading the reviews on how awful the customer service is. I will not be visiting this establishment. I really hope the owner takes a look at the reviews and has made some changes with staffing, hiring and the overall customer service experience. It’s so easy to hire teenagers but they still have to want to work and have customer service skills. It is a turn off to read such horrible reviews on an establishment.

Upon my entry i was greeted with a simple hello, and was not forced into conversation which i enjoy in a place, however after receiving my smoothie "peachy keen" i found myself extremely underwhelmed, and disappointed the drink itself was $8.50 which was absolutely outrageous, and i wanted nothing more than to express my opinions to the manager, however i have heard he very obviously does not listen to any complaints, i will almost certainly not be returning to this location ever again.

Had just finished getting my nails done next door and never paid attention to the juice bar and just decided to stop in and give them a try and I’m glad I did. I tried the Manna 7 and Good Morning Text juice and they were both really good. They were a little pricey but everything is a little more expensive …that’s just the economy right now. I’ll definitely be going back to try more.

I visited this location for the 2nd time, and was throughly disappointed. The smoothie I bought was the kale-a-bunga, had a very watery consistency. I asked the attendant and she said that was normal??? I went there on opening day and was pleased then. I can certainly make a better quality product at home. Pls improve your quality
This place is way too overpriced for the quality. $9 for a 20 ounce cup of basically blended ice with fruit and greens. I honestly believe they use a ton of ice and very very little fruits and greens.There smoothies are more like water down iceys. If they didn't add the agave it would not have any hint of flavor at all because of how little fruits and greens they use. The texture is just awful. There cups are cheap and so are there straws. There lids do not stay on. I have been here twice in the last month and maybe thought that it was the person who made them that way but this time I got a different person with the same texture. I believe the owners are telling there employees to put as little product as possible . I will not be returning. I will stick to Tropical Smoothie and Smoothie King. I'm all about supporting small businesses but I work hard for my money to be giving it to support a business that provides awful quality products. Oh and the sea moss can be made from home. You can buy a bag of wild crafted sea moss your self and make up to 4 jars . The juices are also way too overpriced and you can make your own at home.
