I had my prescription transferred from CVS to Market Street...boy did I made a big mistake. As soon as my prescription ran out, I had my PCP Rx to CVS...never going back!

This is my second disappointing experience at Market Street pharmacy. Which saddens me because the staff is so friendly however accuracy is most important as I’m sure you would agree. I counted my pills tonight after picking up my prescription. I have only 22 out of the 30 quantity listed on my prescription bottle, I have already called and left a message to rectify this. Last month I received a text telling me my prescription was ready for pick up, upon arrival my prescription was not ready and I waited an additional 35 minutes. My time is precious so between last month additional wait time and my return trip tomorrow to pick up the remainder of my missing medication is annoying . I do hope they strive for accuracy in the future.

I went to pick up my mom’s prescription today and tried to use the GoodRx rate because it would’ve saved me $5. The pharmacy technician said that it came up to the same price and I asked her if she could get someone to help her get the GoodRx rate because clearly whatever she did didn’t work. She was unwilling to get help so I just went ahead and paid. I’m transferring my mom’s medicines somewhere else because her medicines are already more expensive here than elsewhere and for market street to be unwilling to work with you when you find a lower rate. I just go to market street because it’s convenient for me, but I can’t wait for H-E-B to open in Mansfield. To market street pharmacy is probably not a big deal that I overpaid $5 today for a prescription, but my mom takes a lot more prescriptions than just that one.

I appreciate this pharmacy so much. I use to go to Walgreens and they were terrible. Super long wait times, never answered the phones. Market street pharmacy has super fast service, friendly staff and they are very efficient and helpful. Again, so thankful for them.

They have better customer service than the Kroger Pharmacy across the street. You can also download the Market Street app to easily refill prescriptions and get notifications when they are ready
