Visited on 9/5/25 at 3pm after having a procedure done at Baylor. The cashier was friendly and I was cold and she offered me her sweatshirt while I sat and ate. Great customer service, regret not getting her name, but shout out to her for excellent service !

I don’t get to eat at McAlisters very often but I am a regular customer when it comes to their u sweet tea! I am always greeted with a smile (no matter how busy they are). Shout out to Alexis for always provides excellent service!
