I came inside this McDonald’s for the first time today and was very pleased with my experience. It’s been a long time since I have been in a McDonald’s and had a pleasant interaction with an employee. This McDonald’s is doing it right.
Every employee that I saw was busy working hard with a smile on their face. Breonna at the register was making sure that every customer who walked in was greeted joyfully and taken care. They helped me to purchase a gift card for Christmas and made sure I had everything I needed.
The team member who was helping with curbside today also helped to call out my order when it was ready. They reminded me to check the bag and let them know if they provided all of the sauces that I needed with my meal.
The dining room was very clean and overall I am just really happy with my experience today. I took my order to go, but atmosphere made me actually want to stay and eat there if I had the time.
Everyone was warm and kind and doing a great job. Thank you for brightening my day during the holiday season. Your hard work and good attitude work really makes a difference.

I was amazed by the service at this branch; all the staff were very friendly, they came to the tables to ask if everything was okay every few minutes, and they even cleared my tray when I finished eating. Wow!

They were total rock stars, and very kind and patient. We head over 40 Monopoly orders in 1 day my son wanted to share our ice cream (since we couldn't eat it all) with all the kids in the play area. And the employees were right there making it happen for him. Thank you guys and we loved the play area

Whats to say? It's McDonald's. Junk food for the price of a good sit down restaurant meal. This particular location was nice and clean though and the staff are nice.

Every time I order a iced coffee here they just put ice and coffee in the cup instead of following the directions I requested, 3 times this week it has been made wrong, most days they don’t even add the Carmel and I end up throwing the drink away I hate this location is the only one near my job!

Did not get my order right at all when I let them know what was wrong with my order all they said sarcastically was “have a good day “did not mean it at all and they did not have any good intentions at all never coming back here again didn’t even try to make it right they just wanted me to move out window if the would have got my order right they would have made more money seems like their job means nothing to them !!!!
I have never received such positive and upbeat service at a McDonald’s! Kenneth took my order with the most enthusiasm I’ve ever experienced in service immediately bringing a smile to my face. The rest of the team were killing it as well, and I just had to pull off to leave this review. Whoever is in charge, please recognize Kenneth for how amazing his work ethic and attitude are!

Food taste as normal, order hot chocolate. It was coffee🤦🏻♀️ didn’t want to drive 30 minutes back. Ordered hotcakes with bacon, got sausage.. Coffee tastes like dirt.
