I pulled up to the drive through and Jessica was so rude. After I placed the order, I asked her if she can grab another order that was also complete. She raised her voice and me and in a very rude tone said “I need to close this ticket first before I do anything else.” I think there’s a better way to talk to your customers, you can be a little nicer with your words. After I was done ordering, she paused for a really long time and got snarky again “did you need anything else?”

McDonalds is located off of Holland Road and 360 freeway, serving up classic burgers, fries, shakes, and more. This particular McDonald's has an indoor play house for kids to get loose and have a good time in the hot Texas summers.We usually come here on weekends right before lunch starts at 11 am and get breakfast and lunch and just make it a brunch for the family. They are located right next to a gas station and has ample parking. There are also 2 drive throughs as well to get you in and out in a jiffy. They also have curbside pick up as well if you order through the app. I highly recommend downloading the app to get the most bang for your buck and stack up on rewards since there are a lot of freebies being offered. They also have 4 digital kiosk to use to place your own order, and they have the option to dine in or carry out.As for the food, everything I have eaten here is standard, and they do a good job progressive cooking to keep your food fresh and hot. The service provided is great, and they even deliver to your table when dining in. Inside is clean and modern with tables and booths to sit at, and they even have a bar area with stools to enjoy your food. They playhouse inside is big with a small obstacle course where kids can get active climbing and having fun. They also have dining inside the play house with 4 touch-screen monitors with games to play.Overall, " I'm lovin' it" and happy with this location and the service they provide. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying more items and redeeming more rewards being offered through the app.

Some of the workers that work here are disgusting. I’ve watch one worker walk out the stall and bathroom without washer her hands. The other employee that watched her just chuckled. She proceeds to get back to bagging food without stopping at the hand washing station.

The MC was good but the Donald's was not. This place is not designed for disabled people. How about a little round chair for me to sit in that's easy for me to get on and off of or in my case up and down from. If you look at these little chairs they are about 1 ft from the ground and I think that everything in there is designed for a 2-year-old. What's really going on?

When i ask for caramel drizzle i don’t pay for a line on top of whip cream and when i call i expect the manager Maricella to have more compassionate words than oh well next time pay for more then i told her im going to call corp and make a review she still didn’t care will NOT go bk to this

I always as for no ketchup or mustard on my burger. The last 3 times I've ordered they don't seem to follow directions. There is and has been ketchup on it. Please train your people how to read and follow directions.
