I've been coming here since they reopened, but the place has been going downhill over the last couple of years. The last three visits have been the worst. Portions have gotten smaller while prices have gone up. The only positive was that the restaurant itself was clean.

Service was lacking—the waitress wasn’t very attentive, though she did check on us a few times. They kept messing up my wife’s order. She ordered chicken flautas, but both times they somehow forgot to put chicken inside. At that point, we just accepted them to be done with it.

Overall, this was the worst $93 I’ve ever spent. We will not be returning. I'm just going to stick with Los molcajetes.

I love the hot sauce and chips. The food is always consistent and fresh. My husband and I enjoy each and every visit.

Mexican Inn is one of my to go to places for Mexican dining. From the moment they place the delicious chips on the table(my favorite is the strips that puff up because when I dip them in the hot sauce I actually get a bite of sauce) till I get my food, it is a very enjoyable experience. The food is fabulous and enough of it that I never quite eat all of it. The staff goes to great lengths to ensure that our comfort and safety because my husband who is almost 84 has mobility issues and until recently used a cane. He had a bad fall and now uses a walker to aid his stability. The first place we will when he starts getting out is Mexican Inn! Bettie Wylie

We sat in the bar area, hoping for a different service experience. We were sorley mistaken. The waiter came by after 30 minutes to ask if he could get us anything. I said yes, our food order. I think he forgot to place the order. Then it took another while before the food arrived. This is not the usual experience at Mexican Inn.

Today me and my family had dinner here and Ashley was an amazing server she came to check on us and always near by if we needed something, food and service was a 10/10! Will definitely be back!

This was my first time eating here I will most definitely be coming back. My order was correct the food was cooked to perfection I can’t complain the customer service was on point it was busy in this restaurant as well but I enjoyed it this was a great experience. My server Ashley was never attentive.

The service was the worst I have ever had there. The waitress Ashley, basically ignored our table most of the meal. And when she was there, she was extremely rude. The manager Eric came to our table and asked me why I had so many coupons. How unprofessional. Extremely disappointed and I’m reporting to corporate tomorrow.
