MOD Pizza offers fresh and tasty pizzas made with high-quality ingredients. While the pizzas are the main highlight, some locations could improve in cleanliness and service. The dining area can sometimes be messy, with trash on tables and napkins on the floor, especially when busy. A dedicated staff member to handle back-of-house duties and clean every 30 minutes might help create a better atmosphere. The pizza oven takes some patience, but the quality is worth the wait. One staff member, who seems to be a lead, provides excellent customer service and deserves recognition. However, there have been instances where service was not friendly, with some staff showing little empathy or friendliness. Despite these issues, the pizzas remain delicious, and with some improvements, MOD Pizza has the potential to provide an even better dining experience.
