MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes

Just moved in the area and we were looking for a burger spot. Great place! Burgers, fries, & shakes all great quality for a little burger joint. Even better it was a very clean and comfortable environment. Very nice to see a group of young adult staff provide quality service. Manager on duty was great!

I have ordered food from here from over a year now and just wanted to leave a five-star review to show my appreciation. This place made me fall in love with burgers again. I took a look at their menu and my mouth was watering. Each week I would like to order a new type of burger. My favorites were the Well Donion, the Vegetation, the Meatless Beast, and their Shakes. This was my first time trying a veggie burger. I thought it would taste funny but black bean burgers are actually delicious! I also love the service here. Everything is handmade, the workers are nice, and when I come to pick up my food they make me a fresh shake in front of me. Sometimes I'm late picking up my food and I get worried they were going to hand me a melted shake, but they never did. Thanks guys.

I placed my order and arrived on time for my 5:41pm pickup. The young lady working advised that the order was still being worked and to wait. I continued to wait until nothing else was being cooked at 5:53pm and then asked how much longer my order would take. The young lady (there were only three people working; 2 males 1 female) then turned right around where a bag had been sitting when I first arrived over 10 minutes prior and handed me the bag and walked away. I stood in shock until one of the older male workers came over and I advised that my order had been ready the whole time I was waiting. He then asked if I had been waiting a while and I replied yes, over 10 minutes and I received an “oh” as response. I have no idea if the female worker was just in a horrible mood and needed someone to take out her frustrations, but having me wait over 10 minutes until my food was cold and inedible and THEN letting me receive what I already paid AND pre tipped for is unprofessional and disgusting behavior. Training on customer service should definitely be refreshed and I hope to be able to visit again someday.

Friday staff was amazing. Very few chains have people who actually give good energy. Cashier was solid, manager was welcoming, and the guy with the top knot provided excellent service. Was calling out orders and walking them to tables even tho it was pickup.

I haven’t had Mooyah Burgers in a while because They moved out of the area that I was staying in to a different area. So I didn’t know where to find it, but soon as I found it, I was back in the game and the burgers are still the same and better. The burgers are fresh and delicious and whale season. I really enjoyed it.

Wow! That was delicious! Great burgers! My husbands A1 burger could have had a bit more sauce though. The buns are the stars here! And we shared sweet potato fries and loved them! Hot and crispy!! So yummy! My husband had a shake, and it was also delicious! We'll be back.

Good vegan choice and good gluten-free restaurant. Just not fir a person with each allergy.
