This place is not good on delivering, they take a long long time, ordered pizza at 4:45pm and it's now 6:33 pm and still waiting on the pizza, I guess they forgot about us, I won't be ordering mr Jim's anymore. Lesson learned. I called and they don't know what happened with the outsource, they couldn't tell me anything.

i love mr jims i have eaten there since the first store opeaned when i was 15 and im 48 now and still love it service is great food is fresh dough is made in house no other pizza can compare

Rude staff and bad customer service the pizza is mid. she had a lot of attitude and was very rude to me. She threatened to call the cops because I accidentally went through the drive through not knowing. And judging by The rest of these reviews it seems that everyone is complaining about the same lady that I am talking about. You should really just fire her and hire somebody else.

Had what might be one of the most bizarre restaurant experiences today around 5pm. I received some coupons for this place in the mail after moving recently. I had never eaten here before so I grabbed my coupons with high hopes in trying a new pizza place.
As I drove up to the storefront I was pleased to see they actually had a drive thru which was convenient.
I pulled through the drive thru and cheerfully presented my coupon to the service woman and she sneered at me and woefully stated 'people usually just read them off to me, I have a migraine'.
Oops. I guess I should have activated my telepathic powers this morning. That's ok. I noticed she seemed to mope around the store as she prepared our order. I get it, every place you go to in 2024 has terrible service and companies can't afford to hire quality employees.
As we got our food I realized I forgot to ask for ranch so I pulled around and entered the store to be told by the woman verbatim 'everything costs here, if I would have received at least a dollar tip I could have just let you have these'.

Disappointed. I used to like this place but when I ordered a pizza and desserts for delivery [cash], was going to pay $53 for a $28 order to get $20 in change which would include a $5 tip. Well guess what... they will not take a $50 bill. Since I didn't have smaller bills on me, I guess they can eat the pizza and the delivery charge because I will order from another business from now on who will take my money!

I ordered one pizza and a couple of coloring books for my kids and my order arrived shortly after placing it. Pizza was exactly how I ordered. The delivery driver was so kind and gave us two extra coloring books. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you Mr.Jims!

This is my favorite pizza place but I’m disappointed in the service I’m receiving.. or lack thereof. I placed my order at 7:10pm and called to check on it and was told it should be there any minute at 7:57pm. I just called back again at 8:30pm and was told the exact same line that “it should be there any minute”. Got transferred to the store location just for no one to answer. I waited a few minutes longer and called again just to reach the same person who keeps telling me it should get here any minute. This is ridiculous. Still no food… I’m sure calling again will be pointless
Update: After taking the survey for my order I was offered a free pizza. Tried giving them another chance today and the free pizza had to be pickup, so even better right? The lady there was upset that I asked for Parmesan and crushed red peppers and said I had to add it to my order online when placing it. She said that she can only give me 1 which didn’t make sense but I accepted it. When she gave me the 1 Parmesan packet and I asked for 1 crushed red pepper packet as well she rolled her eyes and sighed.. how do you mess up a free pizza ? The pizza was good but I’ll just travel further to a different location when I order again.

Literally THE BEST pizza! I’m picky and this is the only take out/ delivery pizza I will even consider eating because it’s just so good. The crust is SO tasty and the cheese and sauce have the BEST flavor. I like to get the garlic butter tasty crust on all my pizzas for added flavor and don’t forget to get a garlic sauce cup to dip your pizza in if you like garlicky buttery goodness!Everyone in our home looks forward to Mr. Jim’s pizza night because it’s the ultimate comfort food that hits the spot EVERY time!
First time ordering, loved the pizza and crust. Delivery driver was the sweetest. Will surely order more often!

DO NOT ORDER HERE! They forgot my 2 liter soda. The driver could care less and told me to call the shop so I did. They said someone will bring it out. To make a long story short, 2.5 hrs later, and 3 follow up phone calls, I was told that nobody would bring my soda out. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
