I ordered food from Uber eats and when my food arrived I went to eat the food it was stale and old. I thought it was just the fried rice but after trying to consume it all of it was less than satisfactory and stale. I eat panda express alot and this is the first time I have had food that was just gross. I wouldn't leave a review that was not complimentary unless it was pretty bad.

Never going to this location ever again. One day they messed up my order. I get all the way home and had to drive all the way back for them to correct it. Next time I go, a whole 10 min wait for chow mein. You would think that tge AI ordering deal would give them more time to pay attention to the order and prepare food✌🏽

I haven’t had Panda Express in a long time and today I had a taste for it. The food I ordered was absolutely horrendous. The fried rice was white (no soy sauce was added when it was made), it was the worst fried rice I’ve ever had at Panda Express. The Chow Mein had absolutely no flavor and the Honey Walnut Shrimp was missing the honey. Maybe this was an off day for them but the food was terrible. Please do better.

Panda express has always been a bit of a gamble but now they've started using an A.I. order assistant in the drive through. It's not only distressing that they're taking away a job using an A.I. but the A.I. is slow and somehwat creepy.
Stuck in drive thru cause person in front of me ordered something they had to cook. All my food was cold. Won't be back to this Panda. 3 pieces of chicken in my bowl!

I’m sitting here waiting for my online order 20 minutes after I received a text saying my order was ready! Why text me and say it was ready if it wasn’t? Ridiculous. Yet every person who walks in here and goes through the line is helped immediately and about 10 people have come and gone since I’ve been sitting here. They haven’t even offered me a drink and I’ve been sitting here for 16 minutes waiting in the restaurant. Still don’t have my order.
Update: It took a total of 55 minutes total before my order was ready from the time it was placed and 20 minutes that I sat in the restaurant after receiving a text saying my order was ready to be picked up. After I finally went to the counter and got louder and asked when it would be done the manager came over and said he was sorry about that and asked what he could do to make it right. I said just make sure my order is right and the sauces and stuff I requested online with my order are in there so I can go home and eat. Well, I got home and I have no fortune cookies, no plasticware, no napkins, and very little sauce for the four meals I ordered.
