Big & spacious. Like the roomy feel of it. Lots of tables & seating options. But not too many outlets for device charging. Staff were OK. Not the speediest service but all seemed professional. Mediocre cleanliness, including the restroom. Like that the mac n cheese was creamy & not soupy like others. All drinks & machine were in good working order.

Okay, I have no clue what is wrong with customer service in Mansfield these days. First it’s 8:15PM, we wanted to order. Requested only 2 minutes and no one helped us for 10 min. We requested one of the employees to take our order and she said “I don’t work the front.” UNDERSTOOD. Then she said “does the iPad not work?” Now my question is, what if one is Vegan or vegetarian? And cannot sub a certain item on the menu. I explained that “the iPad won’t be able to sub what we’re trying to.” Anyways waited another few minutes. We walked out. Honestly I don’t understand why anyone works these days if they can’t have a smile on their face. Honestly love Panera but seriously this is just upsetting. I’m so over eating out in Mansfield, since no one can just put a smile.

When this place first open, it was great, now mediocre. If everyone could put their phone down service might go from mediocre to eh..Food clean, nope full of salt & sugar, atmosphere definitely not warm and inviting..

i’m not entirely sure if i ever asked her for her name, but the amazing young woman that works the drive through is phenomenal. i work retail so i talk, a lot, and nobody ever talks to me as enthusiastically as she does. she’s always got something good to say. i chose panera for my after work meal today solely because i was hoping for her to be the one helping me today, and she was. the energy she has just rubs off on you and brightens your day instantly. she deserve the world, and a raise. and if you’re reading this, thank you for spreading your positivity and keep being yourself. the world needs more of you 🩷

Stopped in to get a kid mac-n- cheese... $7 !! Are you kidding me ? The Goofy kid working the register had NO clue about anything. The Mgr walked Around and didn't help with anything.

It took 40 mins to get our food in drive thru after we ordered online. There was absolutely no excuse!! We could see 6 employees plus a manager on duty. They ran out of avocados and did not tell is that when we ordered a sandwich that comes with it. This place needs either new management/ training or both.
