I am ONLY leave 5 stars for the assistant manager Nicole! My order was messed up and I had issues with getting the order correct. Everyone else at the store couldn’t seem to locate the order and I called back after a couple of days talking to corporate and Ms. Nicole answered, she informed me that corporate hadn’t sent the information over to them either. She asked me for the information in which the order was made and I had given it to her. She immediately saw the order and corrected the issue for me. She was patient and thorough in her findings and ensured that the problem was fixed! She showed true management skills, and calmly defused the situation for I was upset, because I had a very large order. Thank you Nicole!

I'm only giving 2 stars because of past orders but as of late this papa John's has been pretty bad..1st this pizza here I mean why would you send this to a customer? And I guess they use doordash to take some orders? Delivered by doordash not sealed and looking like this pass.Ordered about 2 weeks ago pizza was fine however I did 3 topping and pizza had very very little of only 1 topping I ordered.This location use to be great been in Mansfield for going on 10 years but from the experience of my last 2 orders I'll be going to mamas pizza or really anywhere else.

0 (Zero) Stars. They gave the UberEats Driver the wrong Pizza and would not compensate me for their mistake. Zero Stars!!! I will call Corporate as well.
My pizza has so much sauce it was totally drenched. On top of that it was so wet and doughy. We could eat it. The next day i put it in the oven to see if i could get it edible and it was horrible. Outside of the crust was so hard and inside was still totally drenched, wet and doughy. Expensive meal to just throw away.
