We are regular customers. Rewards and everything. Had pick up order 8/24 for 12:15. Got there 12:20from church. No order. Somebody took it. Didn't get replaced until 1:00. Need better way to handle p/u orders. Plus totally screwed up one of the dishes and left all the veggies in it that were requested to be taken out. We had to wait while they worked on everybody else's order in front of ours when our should have taken priority at that point since year end did not follow through . Is she also responsibility to make sure the orders are being picked up by the right people. Not happy. We had to be home by 1:00 to meet some people that were coming to do some repairs. We were late they waited on us to show up.
