Pei Wei has always been known to me to have quality white chicken meat. My wife got a meal with grilled chicken and noodles. Her chicken was mostly skin and fat. There was no manager on staff to assist us. Sadly to say it will be my last over priced, inferior quality meal I will purchase at PeiWei.

I was so looking forward to eating here...it had been 5 yrs since I was near a Pei Wei. Counter person had back to me and took forever to acknowledge me, no they were not busy. Food came pretty quick. Orange Chicken was spot on, loved them, the Chicken Wings had a weird taste and I left them sitting there.

We usually visit this location weekly for our date night and occasionally for a family Sunday lunch. However, today was a complete disappointment.
I ordered a feast for three using the app, as usual. The food was 20 minutes past the anticipated pickup time, and the counter staff was rude when I inquired about the delay. Meanwhile, the entrées sat on the counter, becoming mushy, and the rice was saturated with sauce.
When we finally received our order and got home to eat, the quality was noticeably poor. The employee with the nose ring was especially rude and might be better suited for a different job.

We like Peiwei and my kids love it. This location is clean and the food was good but the person at the counter acts like she doesn’t want to be there or she doesn’t know how to treat customers at a restaurant.
We noticed it from the time that we got to place the order the girl at the counter didn’t even say hi. When she gave me the cups for drinks she simply put them next to her on her side of the counter without saying anything, I had to reach out to get them, when she brought our food to the table she didn’t say anything again, didn’t ask if everything was OK or if we need something else.
We ordered 3 orange chicken plates, 1 order of wings, 1 drink and I asked her for a cup for water.
After we ate we noticed that she had charged us for 2 drinks so we went back to let her know and she said that the charge was for the paper cup, we mentioned that she didn’t tell us that nor did that was written anywhere. She say “sorry, that how it is” we tried to explain that it was just to get water and she looked frustrated and went to get the manager.
The manager was very polite and helpful he explained to us that the girl had been working there for 4 days and he fixed our ticket.
I hope we have a better experience next time.

General Tso’s was extremely dry and tasteless. The rice was one big dried out clump. The worst Pei Wei I’ve had. The young lady that took my order was very sweet and helpful. I will not be returning to Pei Wei Mansfield.

This was the second time I ordered from the Mansfield, TX store one of my favorite dishes , bourbon chicken. Unfortunately, it was the second time it had no taste. If there was bourbon sauce on it, you couldn't tell. Very poorly cooked!! I would rather drive to Arlington than eat at this location.
