I recently dined at Pho Em Vietnamese Noodles & Seafood, and it was an absolute delight, earning a well-deserved five stars! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a cozy vibe that makes you feel right at home. The menu is a treasure trove of authentic Vietnamese flavors, but the pho is the true star—rich, aromatic broth simmered to perfection, paired with fresh herbs, tender noodles, and perfectly cooked meats or seafood. I tried the seafood pho, and the shrimp and scallops...
Really enjoyed food and atmosphere. Nice lady decorations on the walks and ceiling. The family running the shop is polite, and the food seems to be of true Vietnamese origin. Only concern would be sanitation and health code compliancy, hence the 4 stars.
